| Objective:Be comparing with liquid nitrogen freezing method,using self controlled study,observing the effect of fire needle,whose treatment on make thick skin thinning,relieve intractable pruritus,delay the recurrence of several kinds of hyperplastic dermatosis(Chronic Eczema,Neurodermatitis,Plaques Psoriasis,Prurigo Nodular,Primary Cutaneous Amyloidosis),,and promote its clinical application.Methods:Including the cases of diagnostic criteria of Chronic Eczema,Neurodermatitis,Plaques Psoriasis,Prurigo Nodular,Primary Cutaneous Amyloidosis,using self controlled study.By using the method of tossing a coin randomly,which heads up the left side for the treatment group,the right side of the control group;tails on the left side as the control group,the right side is treatment group.The basic treatment of the two groups(external use of butyric acid Hydrocortisone Cream,Ebastine for Oral administration),the treatment group was given fire needle,the control group received the liquid nitrogen freezing,each groups treats 1 time a week,amount to 4 weeks.The pruritus score,the degree of hypertrophy and the systemic or local adverse reaction were recorded before and after treatment,including the recurrence after 4 weeks of treatment.Analyzing the data by using the Statistical software,and determin and analysis the results.Results: 1.No significant difference in pruritus and hypertrophy scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the pruritus and hypertrophy scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before the treatment(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.3.The each itching scores were compared with those scores before treatment.The second,third and fourth weeks scores in the treatment group were statistically significant compared with that before the treatment(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance between the first week score and before the treatment,no statistical significance(P < 0.05).The first and fourth weeks' scores in the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in second,third weeks compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).4.The each score of hypertrophic was compared with that before treatment,no significant difference between the first,second,third weeks compared with that before treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05),and the difference in the fourth week was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the control group,there was a significant difference in the treatment period compared with that before the treatment(P < 0.05).5.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.006 < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.435 > 0.05).6.The 4 itching scores were compared between groups.The was not statistically significant difference between the two groups in the first week(P > 0.05).The was statistically significant difference between the two groups after second,third and fourth weeks after treatment(P < 0.05).7.The 4 hypertrophy scores was compared between groups,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups after first,second,third and the fourth week(P > 0.05).8.There was a statistically significant difference in thicking skin lesions,and itching scores between groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between groups(P > 0.05).9.Distinguish between the five diseases,intra group comparison of the two groups,there were statistically significant differences in the itching and hypertrophy scores between the four weeks and follow-up period compared with those before the treatment(P < 0.05).For the treatment of Chronic Eczema: there was a significant difference between the two groups in the pruritus score at third weeks,and the second,four weeks and the follow-up of the two groups in the hypertrophy score(P < 0.05).For the treatment of Neurodermatitis: the two groups in the fourth week were statistically significant on the pruritus score(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the hypertrophy groups at each stage(P > 0.05).For the treatment of Plaque Psoriasis: there was no significant difference between the two groups in the pruritus and hypertrophy scores(P > 0.05).For the treatment of Prurigo Nodularis,there was a significant difference between the two groups in the itching score between the two groups at second,four weeks,follow-up(P < 0.05).For the treatment of primary skin amyloidosis,there was a significant difference between the two groups in the second weeks and the follow-up in the pruritus score(P < 0.05).10.The treatment group has less adverse reactions and high safety.Conclusion:Fire needle in treatment of several hyperplastic dermatosis thick skin diseases such as(Chronic Eczema,Neurodermatitis,Plaque Psoriasis,Prurigo Nodularis,Primary Cutaneous Amyloidosis)is effective in decreasing the degree of hypertrophy and relieve itching skin.Fire needle in treatment of itching is slowly,but with the number of treatments increases,its effect increases too,recurrence rate lower,adverse reactions was less,and it is better than that of liquid nitrogen freezing.Fire needle in treatment of hypertrophy has the same effect compare with liquid nitrogen freezing. |
