| Objective By comparing the clinical symptoms,DD level,RI value of uterine arterial blood flow,and serum ?-HCG,P,E2 and other indicators before and after treatment,the effects of promoting blood circulation and preserving the liver to improve the poor blood circulation in patients with spontaneous abortion during early pregnancy and its effects were explored Safety,providing a reference for clinical treatment of spontaneous abortion with poor blood circulation.Methods This study collected 80 cases of spontaneous abortion patients with poor blood circulation during early pregnancy who performed fetal-prevention treatment in the famous medical hall of Hubei Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December2018 to December 2019.Observe and compare the clinical symptoms,D-D level,RI value of uterine arterial blood flow,serum ?-HCG,P,E2 and other indicators before and after treatment,and evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and protecting the fetus in treating patients with spontaneous abortion with poor blood circulation.Results(1)TCM symptom score:6.18±2.52 before treatment,0.58±0.65 after treatment,P<0.05 before and after treatment,there is a significant difference.(2)Changes in examination indicators:0.39±0.20mg/L before treatment and 0.27±0.15mg/L after treatment.Compared with before and after treatment,P<0.05 showed a significant difference.Uterine arterial resistance value was 0.81±0.06 on the right side,0.84±0.05 on the left side after treatment,0.68±0.06 on the right side after treatment,and 0.70±0.05 on the left side.There were significant differences between the two before and after treatment.Serum ?-HCG was 88662.46±51124.78 m IU/m L before treatment and 128427.63±58332.81 m IU/m L after treatment.There was a significant difference between comparisons before and after treatment with P<0.05.E2 was 1507.37±1097.70pg/m L before treatment and 1995.16±699.13pg/m L after treatment.There was a significant difference between P<0.05 before and after treatment.P was 32.40±8.64ng/m L before treatment and 39.41±9.07ng/m L after treatment.There was a significant difference between P<0.05 before and after treatment.(3)Comparison of TCM symptom scores,D-D levels,and RI values of uterine arteries before and after treatment in patients of all ages,gestational weeks,and abortion frequency groups,all P>0.05,suggesting that age,gestational weeks,and number of abortions can improve early pregnancy by activating blood circulation TCM symptom scores,D-D levels,and RI values of uterine arteries were not significantly affected in patients with spontaneous abortion during poor blood circulation.(4)Safety evaluation: During the course of treatment,80 patients had no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram.Some patients had early pregnancy reactions such as loss of appetite and nausea and nausea.All patients were undergoing treatment.No drug allergies and other adverse reactions were seen during this period.(5)Follow-up results: One of the 80 patients inevitably had a miscarriage in the second trimester of pregnancy.The rest of the patients had no obvious fetal malformations during the B-ultrasound within 28 weeks of pregnancy,and the other prenatal examination results were normal.Conclusion Applying traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and protecting the fetus on the basis of clinical syndrome differentiation treatment can significantly improve the TCM symptom score,D-D level and RI value of uterine arterial blood flow in patients with spontaneous abortion with poor blood circulation during early pregnancy;improve blood circulation and clinical pregnancy outcomes in patients with spontaneous abortion with poor blood circulation in early pregnancy;no significant side effects were found during treatment. |
