The Clinical Research Of The Therapy Of Tonifying Kidney And Activating Blood On Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Object:To explore the mechanism and clinieal effect of the therapy of tonifying kidney and activating blood on recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Method:In clinical obsevration,60 recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) patients with low blocking antibody(BA) were complere randomly drove into three groups:the therapeutic group,the medical control group and the group combining TCM and Western medicine,20 case every group.The therapeutic group will be given Bushenhuoxue Fang,while the medical control group will be given active immuno therapy with husband's lymphocyte hypodermic injection every three week,vaccinating 4 times.And the group combining TCM and Western medicine will be treated with the two therapy.Every couse of therapy is three month.Symptoms aer obsevred pre nad post treanment;Blocking antibody(BA) will be measuered by flow cytometry.Result:(1) The lever of blocking antibody(BA) beteew groups have no significant difference pre treatment,(P＞0.05).Comparing with pre treatment,there is a significant difference in groups(P＜0.05),especially the therapeutic group and the medical control group with P＜0.01.After treament the therapeutic group have no significant difference comparing with the control group (P＞0.05).There is no significant difference between the control group and the group combining TCM and Western medicine(P＞0.05).The therapy of tonifying kidney and activating blood can elevate RSA patients' blocking antibody(BA),premote positive blocking antibody(BA),comparing with the control group,(P＞0.05).(2)Pereeding treamengt symptoms of groups have no singnificant differnce(P＞0.05).The integral symtoms is decreased singnificantly compaerd with pre trentmengt in groups(P＜0.05),There is singnificant difference between groups post treatment.(3)The overall efficiency is 85%in therapeutic group,as 80%in the medical control group, and 65%in the group combining TCM and Western medicine.There is a singnificant differnce between groups(P＜0.05).Conelusion:Bushenlauoxue Fang can elevate RSA patients' blocking antibody(BA),and premote positive blocking antibody(BA),The method of tonifying kidney and activating blood is good for the recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) with low blocking antibody(BA).Renal deficiency and blood stasis may be the significant pathogenesis of the recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).
