Objective:Clear the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion and corpus luteum mid-luteal phase uterine artery blood flow resistance,Discussanomaly range of uterine artery blood kinetic parameters in mid-luteal phase.Clear the effect that tonifying kidney and activating blood method in treating recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by uterine artery blood flow high resistance.Methods:Collected a total of 198 cases,the patients’ age are between 22-44 years old,average age is 30.1 years old.Among them,122 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients as experimental group,76 cases of patients with a history of normal fertility as normal group.Calculation of two groups of patients with corpus luteum mid-luteal phase uterine artery kinetic parameters(PI,RI and the sum of bilateral S/D)average,Statistical analysis of the differences between two groups of uterine artery kinetic parameters,to explore the relation between the kinetic parameters of uterine artery and recurrent spontaneous abortion.Experimental group patients according to the inevitable abortion twice,three times,four times and above are divided into three groups,calculation of three groups of patients with corpus luteum mid-luteal phase uterine artery kinetic parameters(PI,RI and he sum of bilateral S/D)average,compare the three groups of patients with doppler parameters,researched on the relation between uterine artery kinetic parameters and the number of abortions.According to the normal set of data,calculate the medical reference range of uterine artery kinetic parameters,making the diagnostic criteria for abnormal uterine artery kinetic parameters.Lay the foundation of the uterine artery kinetic parameters abnormality diagnosis basis.In the experimental group,29 patients included in the standard were classified as Chinese medicine group,Chinese medicine treatment after 3 months to observe the changes of uterine artery kinetic parameters and the pregnancy outcome of follow-up,curative effect evaluation.Results:①Experimental group uterine artery kinetic parameters(PI,RI andthe sum of bilateral S/D)were higher than normal group(P<0.01);②Different number of abortions in the experimental group,the kinetic parameters of corpus luteum mid-luteal phase uterine artery were no statistical difference.(P>0.05);③Corpus luteum mid-luteal phase artery kinetic parameters 95%medical reference range:RI<0.90,PI<2.90,the sum of bilateral S/D<15.97;④After treatment,the uterine artery kinetic parameters in the Chinese medicine group were decreased,,the TCM symptoms improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Corpus luteum mid-luteal phase uterine artery kinetic parameters of Recurrent spontaneous abortion women were significantly higher than those with normal reproductive women.Different number of abortions in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,uterine artery kinetic parameters have no difference.Corpus luteum mid-luteal phase uterine artery kinetic parameters in the diagnosis of recurrent miscarriages have moderate accuracy.is a kind of sensitive and non-invasive outcome measurements,and it can be a measurement to forecasting the recurrent spontaneous abortion.Clinical study has shown that tonifying kidney and activating blood method in treating recurrent abortion caused by uterine artery blood flow abnormalities has good treatment effect,can not only change the patient’s clinical symptoms,reduce the uterine artery blood flow resistance,can also improve the success rate of pregnancy,no obvious adverse reaction,shows a broad application prospect.
