Clinical Observation Of Bushen Gutai Mixture Combined With Ginger Moxibustion On Umbilicus In Early Intervention Of Recurrent Miscarriage Prethrombotic State

Objective To study the clinical effect of Bushen gutai mixture combined with ginger moxibustion on umbilicus in early intervention of recurrent miscarriage prethrombotic state and its related effects,it provides a new way of clinical diagnosis and treatment for recurrent miscarriage caused by prethrombotic state with internal and external therapy of TCM.Methods(1)In accordance with the informed consent principle,90 patients with prethrombotic state who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 patients in each group.(2)The control group was treated with Bushen gutai mixture and low-dose Aspirin,the observation group was treated with Bushen gutai mixture and ginger moxibustion on umbilicus and low-dose Aspirin.All patients were treated from the 6th day of Menstruation.(3)All patients started treatment 3 months before conception,1 cycle was 1 course,3courses were treated continuously.After the treatment,pregnancy will be started.After pregnancy,Bushen gutai mixture and low-dose Aspirin will be taken for 12 weeks.(4)To observe the changes of TCM syndrome integral?clinical efficacy?D-Dimer?platelet aggregation rate(PAg T)? plasma fibrinogen(FIB)? lupus anticoagulant(LA)?anticardiolipin antibody(ACA)?uterine artery resistance index(RI)before and after treatment,and the pregnancy rate?the pregnancy success rate and other indicators were evaluated.All the above data were statistically processed.Results(1)Evaluation of integral points of TCM syndrome: after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).(2)Evaluation of clinical curative effect of TCM: the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.1%,higher than the total effective rate of the control group 69.8%,the differences between them is statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)Evaluation of pregnancy outcome after treatment:the live birth rate of the observation group was 84.6%,higher than that of the control group(62.5%),the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05);the term birth rate of the observation group was 84.6%,higher than that of the control group(57.5%),the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.01);the abortion rate of the observation group was 12.8%,lower than that of the control group(32.5%),the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)Evaluation of laboratory indexes: the level of D-dimer,FIB,PAg T and RI in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level of them in the observation group after treatment was also significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P <0.01).After treatment,the negative rate of LA in the observation group was 60.9%,higher than that in the control group(45.0%),but there was no significant differences between them(P >0.05);the negative rate of ACA in the observation was 57.1%,higher than that group in the control group(47.4%),there was no significant differences between them(P >0.05).Conclusion Bushen gutai mixture?ginger moxibustion on umbilicus combined with low-dose Aspirin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with prethrombotic state of recurrent miscarriage,and improve the living rate,reduce the abortion rate and optimize the pregnancy outcome.Moreover,its clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the Bushen gutai mixture combined with low-dose Aspirin.At the same time,it reflects the advantages of TCM and external therapy in clinical practice,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
