Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Constipation After Stroke (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) With Different Amounts Of Moxibustion And Moxibustion On The Umbilicus

Purpose:In this study,the patients with constipation after stroke(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)were selected as the research object,and then treated with medicine separated moxibustion on the umbilicus,to explore the better moxibustion amount of medicine separated moxibustion on the umbilicus in the treatment of the disease,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of constipation after stroke.Material and method:60 patients with post-stroke constipation(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)who met the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into three groups by random number table method,there were 20 cases in group A(moxibustion on umbilicus with herbs of group1),group B(moxibustion on umbilicus with herbs of group2)and group C(moxibustion on umbilicus with herbs of group3).Once every other day,5 times as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.The clinical symptom scores of the three groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:1.General data: before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,distribution,age,course of disease,type of stroke,main symptom and concurrent symptom score of constipation among the three groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.Improvement of clinical symptoms: after two courses of treatment,the scores of main symptoms and concurrent symptoms of constipation were decreased in the group,with significant difference(P < 0.05);the curative effect of group C was better than that of group A and group B,with significant difference(P < 0.05).3.Results: the effective rate of group A was 50%,group B was 75%,and group C was 85%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Moxibustion on the umbilicus can obviously improve the main and concurrent symptoms of constipation after stroke(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type);2.Moxibustion on umbilicus separated with herbs is a simple and safe method for treating constipation after apoplexy(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)with good compliance,which is worthy of clinical application.
