Clinical Study Of Seif-designed Chubi Huoxue Decoction In The Trcatment Of Knee Ostcoarthritis (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made Chubi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).By comparing the knee pain and joint pain before and after treatment of knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)The degree of functional recovery and treatment effect will bring new observation data for future Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis and provide basis for its in-depth discussion.Methods: This study used a single-blind method.72 patients who met the diagnosis from the orthopedics department of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the diagnosis period will be collected.According to the principle of randomized control,patients suitable for the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study will be selected.Select 72 patients.Thirty-six patients were randomized into the treatment group,taking Chubi Huoxue Decoction for 4 weeks,and another 36 patients were included in the control group,taking Shujin Huoxue Tablets for 4 weeks.The VAS score,knee arthritis WOMAC score,and TCM syndrome efficacy scores of patients before and after treatment were recorded separately,and the collected data were studied after the treatment was completed.Statistical calculations and analyses were performed on the research indicators using statistical methods,and the efficacy of Chubi Huoxue Decoction was evaluated by conclusion.Results: After treatment,the two groups had significantly different VAS scores,WOMAC scores,and TCM symptom scores compared to before treatment,indicating that Chubi Huoxue Decoction and Shujin Huoxue Tablets alleviate knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).The symptoms of all patients were good.The two groups of patients were compared after treatment.There was no significant difference between the VAS score,the WOMAC total score,and the TCM symptom score,which proved that the two groups of drugs were effective,but the WOMAC score was better than the control group on the joint stiffness relief index.This shows that Chubi Huoxue Decoction is more excellent inalleviating knee stiffness.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.06%.It shows that the two groups of treatment schemes have achieved significant clinical results in patients with knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),which can effectively improve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)patients.Conclusion: The self-made Chubi Huoxue Decoction and Shujin Huoxue Pill have good clinical results in treating patients with knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Among them,Chubi Huoxue Decoction has outstanding performance in alleviating joint stiffness and has good performance The research value provides new methods for future clinical drug research.
