| Purpose:With the development of the society,women are more and more attention about their health,and have a higher request for quality of life.All kinds of health problems for women work and life have a big impact menstrual extension,as one of the most common diseases of the female body health,has seriously affect a woman's work,life and study?This topic mainly discusses the advantage of self Huayue tiaojing decoction for treatment of menstruation prolonged blood stasis syndrome,and for the future clinical treatment of blood stasis menstrual extension to provide a new basis and basis.Method: This study with randomized method,choose between January 2015 and September 2015 in Changchun University of Traditional Chinese medicine of department of gynaecology clinic on 72 patients with menstruation prolonged blood stasis syndrome.According to the order of time were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 36 people,They were given Huayue tiaojing decoction andXin shenghua granule,taking three consecutive menstrual cycles,observing curative effect,Through statistical analysis of symptom scores before and after the treatment,and to clarify the mechanism of blood regulate the menstrual function to treat the disease.Result: The clinical observation and statistical software analysis shows: Treatment group: 4 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,ineffective in 3 patients;Respectively is: 11.1%,11.1%,55.6%,8.3%.Control group: 3 cases cured,19 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,ineffective in 5 cases;Respectively is: 8.3%,8.3%,52.8%,13.9%.P values < 0.001,have reached statistically significant.Conclusion: Self Huayu tiaojing decoction is an effective prescription to treat menstrual extension of blood stasis syndrome,for future clinical treatment of blood stasis menstrual extension provides a more safe,effective and worth popularization of syndromes. |
