Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Zhuyu Tiaoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Prolonged Menstrual Period(Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the changes in clinical symptoms such as menstrual time,menstrual color,and blood clots before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the self-made Zhuyu Tiaoxue Decoction addition and subtraction treatment group and Fuxue'an Tablet control group in the treatment of prolonged menstruation(blood stasis syndrome)was analyzed and summarized Further enrich the clinical experience of menstrual period extension.Methods:Collection of relevant information on patients who visited the gynecology clinic of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019.60 cases are planned to be observed.According to a 20%dropout rate,a total of 72 cases are included.The two groups,the treatment group were treated with Zhuyu Tiaoxue Decoction,and the control group was given Fuxue'an tablets orally.The above two groups started taking the medicine on the 4th day of menstruation and took it continuously for 7 days.This is a course of treatment.The above treatment is 3 courses.After the above treatments,the basic clinical information of the patients was collected,and the collected clinical data was entered and integrated with Excel,and SPSS 25.0statistical software was used to analyze and summarize the efficacy and safety of the two groups of drugs through data analysis.Results:In the treatment group and the control group,there were 3 cases and 4 cases of missing data because they could not be revisited on a regular basis.They were eliminated,and then the relevant data of the remaining treatment groups and control groups were statistically analyzed:(1)Before the treatment,the symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were all greater than 0.05.The difference was not statistically significant and comparable;(2)Comparison of total effective rates of TCM syndromes:87.88%in the treatment group,79.41%in the control group,P=0.016(P<0.05),the treatment group wassignificantly better than the control group,and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant;(3)Analysis and comparison of the treatment group and the control group after treatment,analysis of the TCM symptom scores of the two groups,P<0.05,there is a statistical difference between the two groups,the treatment group has a significant effect in treating menstruation and prolonged blood stasis syndrome,which is worthy of confirmation and further research;(4)The number of menstrual periods in the treatment group was 24,the number of recurrences was two,and the recurrence rate was 9.09%;the number of patients in the control group was renormalized in menstrual periods,and the number of cases of prolonged menstrual recurrence was two,with a recurrence rate of 14.29%.It shows that the prolonged recurrence rate in the treatment group is lower than that in the control group,and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.After chi-square test,?~2=2.09,P=0.32(P>0.05),but the recurrence rate of prolonged menstrual period was not statistically different between the two groups.This result may be related to the small sample size and limited time of data collection in this subject.Conclusion:(1)Zhuyu Tiaoxue Decoction is effective in treating patients with prolonged blood stasis syndrome and has clinical research value.In terms of long-term efficacy,the efficacy is also worthy of recognition,and the therapeutic drug has obvious therapeutic effects in improving all aspects of clinical major syndromes;(2)The recovery rate of menstrual cycle in Zhuyu Tiaoxue Decoction treatment group is better than that in Fuxue'an Tablet control group,and the recurrence rate is low,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome score of patients.
