Clinical Observation Of Guiluo Shenbu Decoction In The Treament Of Prolonged Menstruation Of Qi Deficiency And Stasis

Objective:The clinical study on the treatment of menstrual period prolongation caused by irregular endometrial shedding of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type by Guiluo Shenbu decoction was conducted to observe its curative effect and to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of menstrual period prolongation.Method:From November 2017 to November 2018,60 patients who were diagnosed in gynecological clinic of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine were diagnosed as prolonged menstrual period due to irregular endometrial exfoliation,which met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,but did not meet the exclusion criteria.According to the method of random digital table,it was randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group?Guiluo Shenbu decoction group?and the control group?Gongxuoting granule group?all were treated from the 5th day to 9th day of menstruation,but the menstruation was over and the treatment was stoped,and all of those were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles.Through the statistical software spss20.0 to collate and analyze the research data.The differences of menstrual days,TCM syndrome score,serum E₂ and P on the 4th day of menstruation and endometrial thickness on the 4th day of menstruation were compared to observed clinic effect.Results:?1?Comparison of the total clinical effective rate:the total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group?Guiluo Shenbu decoction group?,meanwhile,the effective rate of control group was 80%,the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.?2?Comparison of menstruation:menstrual period,color,quality,Guiluo Shenbu decoction group and Gongxueting granule group were all P<0.05,and after treatment,the two groups were compared with each other?p<0.05?.The menstrual volume of Guiluo Shenbu decoction group was significantly lower than that of Gongxueting granule group?p<0.05?,and that of Guiluo Shenbu decoction group was significantly higher than that of Gongxueting granule group after treatment?p>0.05?.Comparison of menstrual cycle between Guiluo Shenbu decoction group and Gongxueting granule group?p?0.05?.?3?TCM syndrome score comparison:both the two groups before and after was P<0.05,between the two groups after treatment was P<0.05.?4?The value of P on luteal phase:both the two groups before and after was P?0.05,between the two groups after treatment was P>0.05.?5?The value of E₂ on the 4th day of menstruation:both the two groups before and after was P<0.05,between the two groups after treatment was P<0.05.?6?The value of P on the4th day of menstruation:both the two groups before and after was P<0.05,between the two groups after treatment was P<0.05.?7?The value of FSH on the 4th day of menstruation:both the two groups before and after was P?0.05,between the two groups after treatment was P?0.05.?8?The value of LH on the 4th day of menstruation:both the two groups before and after was P<0.05,between the two groups after treatment was P<0.05.?9?Endometrial thickness on the 4th day of menstruation:both the two groups before and after was P<0.05,between the two groups after treatment was P<0.05.?10?The comparative analysis of the safety of the drug administration:there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment,and the results of three major routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were not obviously abnormal.Conclusion:Shenbu decoction has definitely clinical effect on prolonging irregular exfoliative menstrual period of endometrium of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,effectively shortens menstrual period,improves menstrual volume,color,quality and clinical symptoms,reduces E₂ value?P value on the4th day of menstruation and LH value on the 4th day of menstruation,and promotes endometrial exfoliation.But it had no significant effect on the p value of luteal phase?the value of FSH on the 4th day of menstruation and period of menstruation.The dosage form is simple,has no obvious adverse reaction,and is easy to be popularized.
