Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Acupoint Application In Treatment Of Superior Spinal Ligament And Interspinous Ligament Injury

Objective: By observing acupoint application combine with acupuncture for the treatment of superior spinal ligament an interspinous ligament injury in the waist,compare with simple acupuncture,the ifference between the short-term effects of the two treatments was stuie.Methods: A random block was used as the experimental setting,and the four cases collected in chronological order were regarded as a group in this region.Mark A(treatment group)and B(control group)so that 72 observation targets are evenly divided.Group A carried out application and acupuncture,group B only treated acupuncture,and compared the data of the three nodes,that is,the 0th node,the 7th node,and the 15 th node,and pooled the JOA and VAS data,using IBM SPSS Statistics 22 for data analysis.Results:(1)Efficacy: 87.88% of the 34 patients in the treatment group were effective,and 77.42% of the 31 patients in the control group were effective.(2)Joa items: After one cycle,the treatment group had different data on standing time,washing,weight lifting,and walking distance(P <0.05);after two cycles,the treatment group had lower back pain,lying down,standing time,weight lifting There are differences in the data of objects and walking distance(P <0.05);acupuncture and dressing can continuously relieve pain and increase weight bearing(P <0.05),but the intermittent lameness of all observation targets has not improved(P <0.05)).(3)JOA total score: Throughout the two treatment cycles,there was a difference between the data of each node(P <0.05).(4)VAS score: Throughout the two treatment cycles,there was a difference between the data of the three nodes in the same group(P <0.05),but there was no difference between the data in the first cycle(P> 0.05)and the difference in the second cycle(P <0.05).0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with acupuncture and acupuncture alone are safe and effective for the treatment of the interspinous ligament of the spinal spine,but the combined therapy can quickly and steadily improve various symptoms and enhance activity,and the total effective rate is better than Acupuncture therapy.
