Observation On The Immediate Curative Effect Of Three-pass Sequential Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Interspinous Ligament Injury

ObjectiveThrough the ligament between lumbar spine injury patients take santong sequential treatment,respectively with jiugong stitch,stab winding bloodletting,wine vinegar packet in the treatment of control group to observe,analyze three links between sequential treatment of lumbar spine ligament damage effectiveness and advantages,and combined with the results of the analysis to explore the theoretical basis of santong sequential,for acupuncture treatment of lumbar spine ligament damage to provide standardized operation and theoretical basis,aims to explore the new direction for future research and thinking.MethodsA total of 120 patients with stasis type of lumbar interspinous ligament injury were randomly divided into three groups,namely santong sequential group,jiugong acupuncture group,collaturepuncturing and blood-letting group and wine-vinegar sealing group,30 cases in each group.The santong group was treated with jiugong acupuncture,collaterals puncture and bloodletting,and wine vinegar sealing.Jiugong acupuncture group,puncture collaterals and blood letting group and wine vinegar sealing group were respectively treated with jiugong acupuncture,puncture collaterals and blood letting group and wine vinegar sealing group.The efficacy of the four groups was evaluated,The evaluation criteria were visual analogue scale(VAS),lumbar activity scale(ROM)and lumbar dysfunction questionnaire.Result 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 100% in the santong sequential group.The total clinical effective rate of jiugong acupuncture group was 93.33%.The total clinical effective rate was 76.67%.The total clinical effective rate of wine-vinegar packaging group was 73.33%;The efficacy of the four groups was statistically analyzed,p<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of VAS pain scale score,lumbar activity score and lumbar dysfunction score: the comparison of the four groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),which was comparable.(1)intragroup comparison: all three scores of the four groups were P < 0.05 before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.(2)comparison between groups: all three scores of the four groups after treatment were P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionJiugong acupuncture,collatar-puncturing and blood-letting,wine and vinegar sealing and "santong sequential" are effective in the treatment of stasis type of lumbar interspinous ligament injury.All the four methods can significantly alleviate patients' lumbar pain,increase patients' lumbar joint mobility,and improve patients' lumbar dysfunction.However,the clinical efficacy of "three-way sequential therapy" in the treatment of lumbar interspinous ligament injury is superior to "jiugong acupuncture","puncture collaterals and bloodletting","wine and vinegar sealing package","jiugong acupuncture" is superior to "puncture collaterals and bloodletting","wine and vinegar sealing package",and "puncture collaterals and bloodletting" is equivalent to "wine and vinegar sealing package".
