Purpose Through the treatment of su Pras Pinal and inters Pinal ligament injury in patients with coordinating three meridians combined with warming acupuncture through moxibustion, compared with conventional acupuncture method in control group,to study the differences between the recent and long-term curative effect of these two different methods. To provides standardized operation and theoretical basis, and open up new directions and ideas for future research. Methods Patients with 60 cases of supraspinous ligament injury and interspinous ligament injury that met the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with coordinating three meridians combined with warming acupuncture through moxibustion treatment which based on syndrome differentiation, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Both groups were treated once a day,10 times for a course of treatment, each treatment interval of 2 days,a total of 2 courses.Respectively comparing the efficacy of the two groups before treatment, after one course of treatment, and after the end of the treatment period, the efficacy evaluation criteria were assessed by visual analog scale(VAS)and Japanese JOA low back Pain evaluation table.Results(1)Clinical efficacy comparison:After 2 courses of treatment, the treatment group was cured in 6 cases, markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 7 cases, invalid in 2 cases, and the total effective rate was 93.33%;In the control group,2 cases wereclinically cured,7 cases were markedly effective, and 15 cases were effective,Invalid in 6 cases, the total effective rate was 83.33%;both groups were statistically analyzed,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)JOA low back pain evaluation table score comparison:before the treatment, the integral of the symptoms between the two groups were compared,P > 0.05,no significant difference, which shows comparable;(1)Within the group Comparison:before the treatment and after the one course treatment:the symptom scores in the two groups such as low back Pain, lower limb pain and numbness, straight leg raising and daily activity were all indicated that P < 0.05,and the difference was Statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference in the walking scores in each group(P>0.05).Before and after the treatment:The symptom scores of the two groups included low back pain, lower limb pain and numbness, straight leg raising, and daily activities, all indicated that P>0.05,the difference was statistically significant, while the walking scores,in the treatment group indicated that P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,in the control group indicated that P>0.05,the difference was no statistically significant;after 1 course treatment and the end of the treatment, the scores of the symptoms in the treatment group were indicated that P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. While the scores in the control group were indicated that P>0.05,there was no statistically significant.(2)Comparison between groups:After 1 course of treatment, the difference between the two groups was indicated that P>0.05,no statistically significant. After the course of treatment, the difference between the two groups was indicated that P<0.05.Statistical significance.(3)JOA lower back pain scale comprehensive score comparison: before the treatment, the integral of symptom between the two groups were compared, all indicated that P > 0.05,no significant difference, which means comparable;(1)Within-group comparison:The scores of the two groups before the treatment and after one course treatment, before the treatment and after the end of the treatment were all indicated that P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant; In the treatment group, the scores that after one course treatment and the end of the the treatment indicated that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. In the control group, there was no significant difference between 1 course treatment and the end of the treatment(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:After 1 course treatment and after the end of the treatment, the overall scores of the two groups were all indicated that P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(4)Comparison of scores of VAS pain scale: Before the treatment, the scores of the two groups were all indicated that P > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.(1)Within-group comparison:The scores of two groups before the treatment and one course treatment, before the treatment and after the end of the treatment were all indicated that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. In the treatment grou P,the scores of one course treatment and after the end of the treatment indicated that P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. In the control group, there was no significant difference between the 1 course treatment and the end of the treatment(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:The scores of the two groups after one course treatment and after the end of the treatment were indicated that P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion This study used the treatment of supraspinal and interspinal ligament injury with coordinating three meridians combined with warming acupuncture through moxibustion.compared with conventional acupuncture method in control group, and observed the curative effect differences between these two different methods. The results obtained the following conclusions:(1)Both kinds of acupuncture treatment can effectively treat the supraspinal and interspinal ligament injury, but the cure rate and total effective rate ofcoordinating three meridians combined with warming acupuncture through moxibustion are obviously better than conventional acupuncture therapy, and the curative effect is gradual and persistent.(2)Both kinds of acupuncture can improve the symptoms and signs of low back Pain, lower limb Pain and numbness, straight leg raising test, walking, daily activities and JOA lower back pain scale comprehensive score in patients with supraspinal and interspinal ligament injury. But coordinating three meridians combined with warmingacupuncture through moxibustion in the course of the treatment and after the end of the treatment,to change the patients symptoms and signs is obviously superior to conventional acupuncture.(3)Both acupuncture methods can significantly reduce the VAS scores and improve the pain symptoms of patients with supraspinal and interspinal ligament injury, but coordinating three meridians combined with warming acupuncture through moxibustion is significantly better than conventional acupuncture. The curative effect of the former is durable.
