The Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Chidren's Tourette Syndrome(Liver Hyperactivity Type) With Qinggan Antispasmodic Soup

Objective: through the clinical observation of qinggandingjing Decoction in the treatment of children's tic disorder(hyperactivity of liver and wind type),this subject reflects the efficacy and safety of qinggandingjing Decoction in children's tic disorder(hyperactivity of liver and wind type),and gives an objective evaluation,laying a theoretical foundation for the treatment of the disease.Methods: 60 outpatients with hyperactivity of liver and hyperactivity of wind type tic disorder were treated with Qinggan Dingjing Decoction for 2 months.The symptoms and signs were observed and recorded before and after the treatment.Finally,the comparison was made before and after the treatment,reflecting the effect of Qinggan Dingjing Decoction on children with hyperactivity of liver and wind type tic disorder.Results: according to the current standard of curative effect: 12 cases were controlled clinically,30 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.6%;the research results showed that there were significant differences between the two indexes before and after treatment,namely,Yale comprehensive tic severity scale score and TCM syndrome score.It has been proved that qinggandingjing decoction has a good effect in the treatment of children's tic disorder(hyperactivity of liver and wind).Conclusion: qinggandingjing decoction has significant curative effect on tic disorder of children with hyperactivity of liver and wind.It is safe and reliable in clinical application,and has no adverse reactions and side effects.Therefore,it can be widely used in clinical practice to help more patients and their families get rid of the disease.
