Clinical Research On The Liver Fire Hyperactivity Type Of Primary Grade1Hypertension Treated With The Qinggan Decoction

Objective： To observe the Qinggan Decoction in treating primary grade1hypertension(hyperactivity of liver fire type) clinical curative effect.Material and method：To be eligible in60patients with hyperactivity of liver firetype inclusion criteria of primarygrade1hypertension patients as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in the treatment group,30cases in the control group, with Niuhuang Jiangya capsule as the control drug, toobserve the effect of the two groups of liver fire hyperactivity type of grade1hypertension,blood pressure syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, C-reactive protein, lipids to4weeks later. Including safety indexes were observed before and after treatment, blood,urine, stool: routine, liver function (ALT, AST),renal function (BUN, Cr) and otherchanges. The test group received Qinggan Decoction (decoction two times, each time takejuice150ml,300ml), two service points sooner or later, each time150ml, daily a agent.The control group was given Niuhuang Jiangya capsule,2pills once,1times a day, oral;finally, using SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis, the conclusion.Results：Qinggan Decoction is effective for primary grade1hypertension clinicalsafety,efficacy of a traditional Chinese medicine prescription is exact, QingganXiehuoeffect, can significantly lower blood pressure, improve liver fire hyperactivitytypegrade1hypertension patients with clinical symptoms, improve patients withC-reactive protein, blood lipid abnormal situation, its mechanism may be related to theinhibition of the intracellular Ca2+concentration, inhibition of angiotensin IIand thedilation of blood vessels, diuretic, cardiac inhibition to reduce blood volume, reduce strokevolume, platelet aggregation, lipid, protect vascular endothelial function and so on.
