Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture meridian sinewnodal point with antispasmodic technology for the treatment ofspastic paralysis.Methods:90cases collected from shiyan city taihe hospital rehabi--litation division, and were diagnosed with spastic hemiplegia, randomly divided into A, B, C three groups30cases each. Group Awith acupuncture reinforcement node combines the technique ofanti--spasmodic treatment, B group use acupuncture treatment bytendons node method, group C treated with antispasmodictechnique. Three groups of cases before and after treatment formodified Ashworth spasm scale (MAS), Fugl-Meyer movementfunction score, neural function defect degree evaluation, daily life(ADL). To judge the curative effect.Results:1. The modified Ashworth spasm scale (MAS): the Ridittest, three groups of MAS compared before treatment, nosignificant diff--erence (P>0.05), suggesting3comparable;3groups, respectively, compared with before treatment itself, there is statistical signif--ycance (P<0.05), the three groups could improve the treatment ofspasm extent; Respectively A and B and C group after treatment, compared with significant difference (P<0.01), the treatmentgroup than the control group2on spasm degree improvement ismore obvious; Group B compared with group C after treatment,no stati--stical significance (P>0.05), suggesting2control spasm extent toimprove the effect of the same.2.Improved Fugl-Meyer score: the t test, limb motor functioncompared three groups score before treatment, there was nosign--ificant difference (P>0.05), suggesting3comparable;3groups,respectively, compared with before treatment itself, there is stat--istical significance (P<0.05), suggesting3therapy on motorfunction, also had an improved role; Respectively A and B and Cgroup after treatment, compared with significant difference(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group2, toimprove motor function is more obvious; Group B compared withgroup C after treatment, no statistical significance (P>0.05),suggesting2control of motor function, improve the effect is thesame.3.The degree of nervous function defect: the t test, clinicalnerve function defect degree compared three groups score beforetreatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), sugge--sting3comparable;3groups, respectively, compared with beforetreatment itself, there is statistical significance (P<0.05), sug--gesting3groups of treatment effect on clinical nerve function defect degree are improved; Respectively A and B and C groupafter treatment, compared with significant difference (P<0.05), thetre--atment group than the control group2on clinical nerve functiondefect degree improved more obviously; Group B compared withgroup C after treatment, no statistical significance (P>0.05),sugge--sting2group of clinical neural function defect degree, improvethe effect is the same.4. Daily life ability: through t test, daily life ability comparedthree groups score before treatment, there was no signi--ficant difference (P>0.05), suggesting3comparable;3groups,respectively, compared with before treatment itself, there isstatistical significance (P<0.05), suggesting3treatment couldimprove the ability of daily life are; Respectively A and B and Cgroup after treatment, compared with significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group2on daily lifeability improvement is more obvious; Group B compared withgroup C after treatment, no statistical significance (P>0.05),sugge--sting2control on daily life ability, improve the effect is the same. Conclusion: through the acupuncture by tendons node combinesthe technique of antispasmodic treatment of spastic hemiplegia, can significantly improve patients with limb spasm symptoms, alleviate nerve defect symptoms, improve the ability of limb motorfunction and daily life. The method is effective treatment of spastic paralysis a kind of method, is suitable for clinical use.
