Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mycoplasma Pneumonia(Syndrome Of Phlegm Heat Closing Lung) With Triple Therapy Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Ditan formula combined with atomization inhalation of acetylcysteine solution and application of automatic expectoration vest on mycoplasma pneumonia(syndrome of phlegm heat and lung closure).Methods:90 children diagnosed as Mycoplasma pneumonia(phlegm heat and closed lung syndrome)were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group.Control group 1 was given azithromycin routine treatment,control group 2 was given acetylcysteine solution and automatic expectoration vest on the basis of control group 1.Treatment group 2 was given heat clearing and phlegm clearing on the basis of control group 2 The three groups of children before and after treatment were recorded and compared in the main symptom total score,secondary symptom total score,symptom total score,each main symptom and secondary symptom score,as well as the improvement time of fever,cough and lung rale.Results:90 cases(control group 1,control group 2,treatment group 30 cases each)were included in the clinical observation.There was no significant difference in gender,age and other aspects when the three groups of patients were enrolled.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in total syndrome score,main symptom score,secondary symptom score and single symptom score between the three groups,which was comparable.(1)Symptom score comparison:after treatment,the total symptom score,main symptom score and secondary symptom score of the three groups have statistical significance in comparison within the group,and the three treatment schemes have clinical effectiveness;the three groups have statistical significance in comparison between the groups,and the treatment group is better than the control group 1 and 2,and the control group 2 is better than the control group in the total symptom score and secondary symptom score Control group 1.(2)Single integral comparison:after treatment,the treatment effect of fever,cough and expectoration in the treatment group is better than that in the control group 1 and 2,which is statistically significant.The treatment effect of asthma and lung rales in the treatment group is not statistically different from that in the control group 1 and 2,but the integral value is lower than that in the two groups.After treatment,the children in the three groups are in the second time In the aspect of symptom single integral comparison,the therapeutic effect of appetite and tongue image in the treatment group is better than that in the control group 1 and 2,which has statistical significance,while the therapeutic effect of spirit and sweating in the three groups does not show statistical difference.(3)Comparison of the time of fever regression,cough disappearance and rale disappearance:after treatment,the time of fever regression,cough disappearance and rale disappearance in the three groups were statistically different.The treatment group was better than the control group 1 and 2.(4)Effect comparison:after treatment,the significant effective rate of control group 1 was 63.3%,control group 2 was 83.3%,and the significant effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%.The difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was superior to control group 1 and control group 2.Conclusion:Qingre Ditan formula plus atomization inhalation of acetylcysteine solution and application of automatic expectoration vest combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine have a definite clinical effect,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of children,significantly improve the symptoms of fever,cough and expectoration,and is worthy of promotion.
