| Objective:Through observing the curative effect of kang zhi syrup on MPP children caused by mycoplasma penumoniae infection,the change of the symptoms integral of traditional Chinese medicine,estimate the clinical effects of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children treated by kang zhi syrup.Methods:90 selected cases were randomly divided into two groups(the treatment group and the contrast group),45 cases in each group.The treatment group was given kang zhi syrup and the contrast group was given azithromycin.A course is 7 days,after 2 courses,made the statistical analysis. Observe the symptoms and changes of X-ray,as well as the auscultation of lungs.Record the change of Chinese medicine points before and after treatment.Results:After two courses of treatment,the curative rate of the treatment group is 88.10%,the total effciency is 95.24%;well in the contrast group,the curative rate is 43.90%,the total effciency is 82.93%.Through the statistical analysis,there was a significant difference between the two groups curative rate,but there was no significant difference in overall efficiency rate;After treatment, the average credit TCM symptoms integration is samller than the control group after treatment;TCM syndrome score individual aspects shows that,compare the clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment of two groups,there is a significant difference;Before and after treatment in children’s X ray review absorption of lung lesions compared with the treatment period, the two groups have no significant difference;Two groups of children before and after treatment were no breathlessness.Conclusion:1.kang zhi syrup have better clinical efficacy in treating children mycoplasma pneumonia;2.kang zhi syrup can improve mycoplasma pneumonia cough, phlegm, lung auscultation and other clinical symptoms and signs. |
