Objective: Through the investigation and research on the current situation of patients' safety culture cognition in three third class a general hospitals in Changchun City, this paper evaluates the nurses' cognition level of patients' safety culture, analyzes the advantages and areas to be improved of nurses in patients' safety culture, and the factors affecting their cognition level of patients' safety culture,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the level of nurses' safety culture. Methods: The nurses from the A Hospital,B Hospital and C Hospital were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire contents included the self-designed general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the hospital patient safety culture questionnaire(HSOPSC).The data was input by Excel 2010 and processed and analyzed by SPSS 22.0.The statistical methods used include descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA,multiple linear regression analysis and so on.Take ? = 0.05 as the inspection level. Results: 1.The total score of nurses' cognition of patients' safety culture was 3.66 ±0.44,and the overall positive response rate was 64.7%.2.The positive response rate of nurses to all dimensions of patients' safety culture is more than 75%.The order from high to low is organizational learning and continuous improvement, team cooperation within the Department, and managers' willingness and actions to promote safety. The positive response rate of each dimension is less than 50%,which is event reporting frequency, non punishment response to errors and staffing in turn. The positive response rate of 15 topics such as "we are actively working to improve patient safety" is more than 75%,and the positive response rate of 13 topics such as "the Department has enough manpower to share the workload" is less than 50%.3.Taking the cognition score of safety culture of nurses and patients as the dependent variable, the scores of each dimension corresponding to the general demographic data index with statistical significance in the single factor analysis as the independent variable wereanalyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Three variables entered the regression equation and accounted for 7.8% of the variables together. Conclusion: 1.The cognition of safety culture of nurses in three first-class hospitals in Changchun is in the middle level.2.The advantage areas of patient safety culture in the third class A hospitals in Changchun are "organizational learning and continuous improvement","team cooperation within departments","willingness and action of managers to promote safety".The areas to be improved for the safety culture of patients in the third class A hospitals in Changchun are "event reporting frequency","non punishment response to errors" and "personnel allocation".3.The training frequency was positive correlation factor of safety culture of nurses and patients, and the working time per week was negative correlation factor.
