Objectives:To compile a questionnaire of nurses' perceived professional value which is suitable for China's national conditions.To understand the current status of nurses' perceived professional value in hebei province,analyze its influencing factors,and provide a reference basis for the nurses' professional value intervention.Methods:1 The development of the questionnaire on nurses' perceived professional value: Firstly,through literature research and semi-structured interview to form a questionnaire item pool.Then the items were modified and improved by two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to form the first draft of the questionnaire on nurses' perceived professional value.Finally by convenience sampling method to select of Chengde,300 nursing staff make a preliminary investigation,and the questionnaire was further modified and improved,and its reliability and validity were tested to complete the questionnaire compilation.2 Investigation and analysis on the current status and the influencing factors of nurses' perceived professional value in Hebei Province: The stratified cluster randomization sampling method was adopted to select 1860 nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in four 3 A-Grade general hospitals and four 2 A-Grade general hospitals in 4 cities of Hebei Province for questionnaire survey.The research tools included the general information questionnaire and the nurses' perceived professional value questionnaire.Using the independent sample t test,single factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis to process the data.Results:1 The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that seven factors were extracted and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.884%,a38-item and 7-factor(career intention,salary,leadership attitude and reward,colleague relationship,nurse-patient relationship,job security,professional and technical ability)perceived professional value questionnaire was confirmed.The questionnaire of Cronbach's ?lpha coefficient was 0.962,the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each dimension was 0.859?0.926,the test-retest reliability was 0.951.The questionnaire of S-CVI/UA was 0.87,the S-CVI/Ave was 0.98,the I-CVI was 0.83?1.00.2 The overall score of nurses' perceived professional value was(128.50±21.78),and the standardized score was(3.38±1.00).From high to low,the scores in each dimension of nurses' perceived professional value were colleague relationship(3.84 ± 0.78),professional and technical ability(3.81±0.70),nurse-patient relationship(3.65±0.77),leadership attitude and reward(3.50 ± 0.91),job security(3.16 ± 0.98),career Intention(3.02±1.15)and salary(2.88±1.05).3 The dimension of career intention: Children's status,education background,professional title,position,weekly overtime hours,monthly income,hospital level and cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes had statistically significant differences in this dimension(P<0.05).4 The dimension of salary: Professional title,marital status,children's status,weekly overtime hours,position,monthly income,department,cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes and participation in scientific research had statistically significant differences in this dimension(P<0.05).5 The dimension of leadership attitude and reward: Marital status,children's status,professional title,weekly overtime hours,monthly income and cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes had statistically significant differences in this dimension(P<0.05).6 The dimension of colleague relationship: Education background, position,weekly overtime hours,monthly income,hospital level and cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes had statistically significant differences in this dimension(P<0.05).7 The dimension of nurse-patient relationship: Gender,education background,position,weekly overtime hours,monthly income,hospital level,cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes and participation in scientific research had statistically significant differences in this dimension(P<0.05).8 The dimension of job security: Marital status,children's status,education background,professional title,position,weekly overtime hours,monthly income,hospital level and cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes had statistically significant differences in this dimension(P<0.05).9 The dimension of professional and technical ability: Marital status,children's status,hire form,professional title,position,weekly overtime hours,hospital level,cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes and participation in scientific research had statistically significant differences in this dimension(P<0.05).10 The results of single factor analysis showed that the children's status,position,weekly overtime hours,monthly income,hospital level,cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes and participation in scientific research had statistically significant differences in nurses' perceived professional value(P<0.05).11 Through multiple linear regression analysis,it can be seen that children's status,position,weekly overtime hours,monthly income,hospital level,cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes and participation in scientific research were included in the regression equation(P<0.05).Conclusions:1 The questionnaire prepared in this study has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for investigating the current situation of nurses' perceived professional value.2 The total nurses' perceived professional value in Hebei Province was in the middle level,the "colleague relationship" dimension scored the highest and the "salary" dimension the lowest.3 The main influencing factors of nurses' perceived professional value were cognition of media's fairness in reporting medical disputes,weekly overtime hours,position,hospital level,monthly income,children's status and participation in scientific research.
