Study On The Correlation Between Blood Lipid Level And TCM Constitution In Patients With Ischemic Stroke

Objective:Based on the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,the correlation study of blood lipids and some high risk factors on the increase of NIHSS score in patients with ischemic stroke after relapse was observed.Methods:In this study,a total of 90 patients with recurrent ischemic stroke in the encephalopathy treatment area of affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included.The national institutes of health stroke scale was used to evaluate the neurological impairment.The TCM constitution identification standard issued by the Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine in April 2009 was used to identify the TCM constitution of patients,and routine biochemical examination and color doppler ultrasound were performed.Results:There were 69 cases(76.7%)of hypertension.A total of 25(50%)smokers;There were 31 cases of diabetes(34.4%).There were 37 heavy drinkers(41.1%).Hyperhomocysteine in 40 patients(44.4%).Hyperuricemia occurred in 10 patients(11.1%).Constitution distribution of recurrent ischemic stroke patients:in this study,90 cases of patients with recurrent ischemic stroke were determined by TCM constitution.Among them,61 patients had a single constitution,accounting for 67.8%of the total population,and 29 patients had a double constitution,accounting for 32.2%of the total population.In this study,the proportion of people with both constitutions was large,and there were more people with two or more constitutions.Therefore,in the analysis of this study,the "peaceful constitution" and"basically peaceful constitution" are classified as "peaceful quality";Both"yang-deficiency constitution" and "yang-deficiency constitution tendency" are classified as "yang-deficiency constitution",and the rest of the biased constitutions are similarly.The frequency and frequency of each type of TCM constitution in high-risk groups of ischemic stroke were from high to low:38 cases(42.2%)of phlegm and dampness,25 cases(27.8%)of qi deficiency,10 cases(11.1%)of dampness and heat,8 cases(8.9%)of qi stagnation,8 cases(8.9%)of congestion,and 1 case(1.1%)of Yang deficiency.In the lipid profile of people with different constituties,the significant level was 0.05,and it could be seen that there was no significant difference in NIHSS score of people with different lipid profile among the people with different body constitution(p>0.05),while there was significant difference in total MOCA score among the people with different lipid profile among the people with different blood lipid profile(p<=0.05).In qi deficiency,qi deficiency(r=-0.048,p=0.043)was negatively correlated with HDL cholesterol.Qi-deficient quality(r=-0.318,p=0.021)was negatively correlated with triglyceride.There was a positive correlation between sputum wetness(r=0.209,p=0.029)and lipoprotein(a).In the blood stasis.Blood stasis(r=0.233,p=0.041)was positively correlated with triglyceride.Conclusion:1.Among the people with abnormal blood lipid levels,those with phlegm,qi deficiency and blood stasis are more likely to have recurrent ischemic stroke,which also leads to increased NIHSS score.2.Compared with other people with physical constitution,people with phlegm and blood stasis have the highest risk of abnormal lipid metabolism and ischemic stroke recurrence.
