Objective:Firstly, this study evaluate the Factors Affecting the Recurrence of Ischemic Stroke and Research progress on the relationship between TCM constitution and diseases, basically By observational researchs,Screening of that factors affecting the long-term ischemic stroke recurrence, observe and analyze the correlation between TCM constitution and relapse in patients with ischemic stroke recurrence,In summary,Our Study is intend to explore the exponential model of ischemic stroke risk recurrence, including TCM constitution. Methods:Taking 200 patients as the research object with ischemic stroke,We Collecte i nformation including TCM constitutions and other related that factors about affecting i schemic stroke recurrence,According to the registration of hospital contact,we follow-u p patients with spontaneous disease of recurrence or death outcome after 1 year by tel ephone, and record the time of occurrence,Through Cox proportional hazards regression model of survival anaysis,The influencing factors of ischemic stroke recurrence were s creened out,And explore the risk model of ischemic stroke recurrence. Results:Literature reviews suggest that,In recent years, domestic and foreign research on the risk factors of ischemic stroke recurrence is increasing,The modern risk factorst hat affect their recurrence are gradually clear,Based on the TCM constitutions physical of ischemic stroke recurrence is Relatively small,Moreand more scholars recognize that TCM constitution determines the incidence and the tendency of disease, the TCM cons titutions in patients with ischemic stroke show a certain regularity,In the stage of ische mic stroke without evidence,Patients often show a kind of constitutions of the patholo gical state, and it is closely related to the outcome of disease development, therefore, the correlation between ischemic stroke recurrence and physical condition needs to be furt her studied. The study included 200 patients with acute ischemic stroke.5 patients lost f ollow-up,the loss rate was 2.5%,A total of 31 patients with end-event events,The recu rrence rate of ischemic stroke recurrence was 15.90%,Among them, mild 1 year cumul ative recurrence rate was 6.6%,moderate to severe 1 year cumulative recurrence rate of 24%.And ecurrent patients with Yin-deficiency constitutions,phlegm-dampness constit ution are more common,Through Cox proportional hazards regression model,The final r isk regression model is:h(t)=h0(t)exp(0.056X1+0.123X2+1.092X3),Suggesting that age(X1),NHISS score(X2),phlegm-dampness constitution(X3)are independent risk facto rs for ischemic stroke recurrence,The risk of recurrent risk was phlegm-dampness,NHI SS score and age.Among them, the recurrence risk of phlegm-dampness was 2.98 tim es that of non-phlegm-dampness patients, which was the most important risk factorfor ischemic stroke recurrence in this study. Conclusion:The recurrence rate of ischemic stroke recurrence was 15.90%,age,NHISS score,phlegm-dampness constitution are independent risk factors for ischemic stroke r ecurrence.Suggesting that the association of the three independent risk factors with ther ecurrence outcome of ischemic stroke patients were phlegm-dampness constitution>NI HSS score>age. This study is an exploratory exploratory study,Observation period is r elatively short, the sample size is relatively small, that need to further increase the sa mple size,to extend the follow-up observation cycle,To further reveal the physical di stribution of patients with recurrent ischemic stroke,in order to enrich the clinical sec ondary prevention of traditional Chinese medicine intervention means. And further revea led the distribution of TCM constitution with more in-depth analysis in patients with i schemic stroke recurrence is beneficial to rich secondary prevention of traditional Chin ese medicine intervention means.
