| Objective:To explore the physical distribution characteristics of Ischemic Stroke patients.The correlation between blood stasis and risk factors for Ischemic Stroke was analyzed to provide a new idea combining syndrome differentiation and body differentiation for the treatment of Ischemic Stroke in traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide a reference for secondary prevention of Ischemic Stroke.Methods:To collect Ischemic Stroke patients in the department of encephalopathy of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital.According to the final result,the patients were divided into two groups:blood stasis and non-blood stasis.Make a unified information collection form for patients,including:name,gender,age,height,weight,exercise,smoking history,drinking history,etc;Physical and chemical examination data of the patients were collected:glucose metabolism,blood lipid routine,blood coagulation routine,etc.The data were entered into the Excel table,and the correlation between blood stasis and risk factors for Ischemic Stroke was analyzed by chi-square test and binary Logistic regression analysis,and the distribution law of body mass was explored.Results:1.A total of 202 IS patients were included in this study.There were 116 males and 86females.The minimum age is 18 and the maximum is 90.There was no difference in gender and age distribution between the two groups.2.Among the patients collected,130 cases had hypertension,80 cases had HHcy,and74 cases had diabetes.The incidence rate of these three risk factors was the first three.There were 56 males and 24 females with HHcy.According to the X~2test,there was a significant difference in the gender distribution of HHcy.There were 38 patients with smoking history in the blood stasis group and 97 patients with smoking history in the non-blood stasis group.There were 43 cases of lack of exercise in the blood stasis group and 83 cases of lack of exercise in the non-blood stasis group.The X~2 test showed differences in smoking and lack of exercise between the two groups.3.Results:56 cases of blood stasis,40 cases of qi deficiency,33 cases of Yang deficiency,25 cases of phlegm and dampness,20 cases of Yin deficiency,10 cases of dampness and heat,5 cases of qi stagnation and 0 cases of specific nature.The prevalence of HHcy and hyperuricemia was different between the two groups by X~2test.The distribution of TC,LDL-C,Hcy and DD-2 in the two groups was statistically different by the rank sum test.TC,LDL-C,Hcy,DD-2,smoking history and lack of exercise were taken as covariables for binary Logistic regression analysis.The results showed that there were statistical differences between the two groups of patients with Hcy,DD-2,lack of exercise and smoking history,and the OR values were all greater than 1,suggesting that these four items were risk factors of blood stasis and had a positive correlation.Conclusion:1.The TCM constitution of Ischemic Stroke patients is characterized by blood stasis,qi deficiency and Yang deficiency.The constitution of male patients is mostly blood stasis,Yang deficiency and qi deficiency.The constitution of female patients is mostly blood stasis,qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.There was no difference in distribution of physical fitness between genders and ages.2.The risk factors for Ischemic Stroke were hypertension,hyperhomocysteinemia,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia and atrial fibrillation from high to low.HHcy has a significant difference in gender distribution,and the prevalence of HHcy in males is significantly higher than that in females.3.There were significant differences in the prevalence of HHcy and hyperuricemia between the two groups,and the blood stasis group was higher than the non-blood stasis group.Hcy,DD-2,lack of exercise and smoking history were all risk factors of blood stasis,showing a positive correlation. |
