Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Postpartum Obesity (Type Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Obstruction) By Regulating The Meridians And Regulating The Internal Organs

Objective: to research the clinical effect of Tongjing tiaozi method and oral Chinese patent medicine on postpartum obesity of women,and compare the difference between the two methods,so as to confirm that Tongjing tiaozi method has definite clinical effect and advantages in the treatment of postpartum obesity of women.Methods: the objective of research were divided into treatment and control group.The former group was treated with the method of regulating internal organs through channels once a day;the control group was treated with oral Chinese patent medicine(Qingshen xiaopang pill),30 pills once,twice a day,10 days as a course of treatment.The body weight,BMI,waist to hip ratio,waist to body ratio,blood biochemical indexes(including total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,triglyceride)were recorded before and after treatment,compare the difference between the two methods,so as to confirm that Tongjing tiaozi method has definite clinical effect and advantages in the treatment of postpartum obesity of women..Results:(1)The total effective rate were 86.21% ?78.57% in the treatment group and control group(2)Compared with before treatment,the weight,BMI,waist to hip ratio,waist to body ratio,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,triglyceride and spleen asthenia dampness syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment,and there were significant differences in the group(P < 0.05).(3)the two group has significant differences in BMI,waist to hip ratio,waist to body ratio,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,triglyceride and spleen asthenia dampness syndrome score(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of postpartum obesity(spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type)with Tongjing tiaozi method has a better effect.It can significantly improve the body weight,BMI,,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,triglyceride and TCM symptom score of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type,and the improvement isbetter than that of oral Chinese patent medicine...
