| Purpose:The objective of this topic is to see the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy on patients with simple obesity due to spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction by comparing the changes of weight(KG),body mass index(BMI),fat(%),waist circumference(CM),hip circumference(CM),body fat rate(F%),abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness(CM)and TCM syndrome integral of the patients before and after treatment,and discuss the mechanism of warm acupuncture combined with acupuncture with electric stimulation,to provide an effective treatment for the patients with simple obesity due to spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction.Method:According to the principle of random and controlled grouping,64 patients with simple obesity due to spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction were divided into experimental group and control group.The acupoints of the two groups were the same including zhongwan,shuifen,shuidao,tianshu,daimai,guanyuan,jimen,zusanli,sanyinjiao,daheng,fujie,yinlingquan,fenglong acupoint.In both groups,fujie and shuidao were selected as one group,while zusanli and jimen were selected as one group by electroacupuncture.In the experimental group,daheng and fenglong were treated with warm acupuncture,with two sections of folium artemisiae argyi at each point,each is about 2CM long,and a piece of paper was placed below the operative site to prevent the patients being scalded.Both groups of electroacupuncture therapeutic apparatus were timed for 30 minutes,and the frequency was fl(2HZ,10HZ,100HZ alternating cycle).The intensity was determined by the patient's tolerance,and the needle was released after the electroacupuncture therapeutic apparatus was stopped.Patients in the two groups were treated once every other day,10 times as a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment,after the completion of the course of treatment,the efficacy was observed,and the analysis of the observation indicators was conducted with SPSS23.Results:After the treatment course,the number of people included in the statistical analysis was actually 60.During the treatment period,2 people in the experimental group fell off,1 person in the control group fell off,and 1 person was removed.(1)Body weight,body mass index,obesity,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat rate,and abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness were all decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the intra-group comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the efficacy of body fat rate and waist circumference in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the efficacy of abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).(3)The TCM symptoms of the two groups were relieved after treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms were statistically significant within the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).(4)Both the experimental group and the control group achieved a certain degree of efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 73.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 60%,and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Electroacupuncture therapy for patients with simple obesity due to spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction has obvious curative effect in body weight,BMI,body fat rate,abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness,waist circumference,hip circumference and so on.(2)Compared with the single electroacupuncture group,the combination of warm acupuncture and electroacupuncture has obvious effects on body fat rate and waist circumference,indicating that the combined therapy can effectively reduce excessive fat in obese patients.(3)The reduction of abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness between warm acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture gropu and the simple electroacupuncture group was statistically significant,prompting this combined therapy is more applicable to simple obesity who has more abdominal subcutaneous fat.(4)Electroacupuncture therapy has obvious effect on improving TCM symptoms of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance.(5)The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of warm acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance were better than those of the simple electroacupuncture group,indicating that this combined therapy can better improve the symptoms of this type of obesity.(6)The therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture on simple obesity caused by spleen deficiency and dampness resistance is definite,which can well reduce the body fat rate,abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness and waist circumference of the patients and their symptoms,and is worthy of promotion and
