The Clinical Study Ofacupuncture Combined With Fine Moxibustion For The Treatment Of Obesity With Spleen Deficiency And Obesity

ObjectiveBy acupuncture combined with moxibustion,fine oral oseltamivir altruistic two treatment methods in line with TCM belongs to spleen dampness obesity patients were compared before and after treatment,the body weight index(BMI index),changes in waist circumference,Chinese medicine symptom score,two kinds of therapy for different treatment of obesity,summary of spleen dampness the best treatment for patients with obesity,acupuncture treatment of obesity and provide clinical evidences and experiences.MethodsDuring the research object from March 2017 to March 2018,the patient s in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Med icine Department of acupuncture clinic,in accord with diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM for obesity,spleen dampness,using a random number table method,divided into the treatment group with the ratio of 1:1(acupuncture combined with moxibustion group and control precision)group(oral oseltamivir altruistic group),33 cases in each group,then the clinical curative effect observation.Acupuncture combined with Jing-M oxibustion group,the main selecting acupuncture points were Zhongwan,Tianshu,waterway,Quchi,Shangjuxu,Sanyinjiao,dialectical acupoints and moxibustion of Neiguan and Zusanli acupoints,fine Pishu,stomach yu.First complete acupuncture treatment,and then immediately carry out the Jing-Moxibustion treatment,3 times a week treatment,2 times the interval time more than equal to 1 days,continuous treatment for 2 months.The control group took the Orlistat capsules 1#(0.12 grams)at the time of the meal,three times a day for 2 months.After treatment,the BMI index,waist circumference and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were recorded.The data were recorded into SPSS23.0 for statistical analysis.ResultsAfter treatment,the scores of BMI index,waist circumference and TCM syndrome in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in BMI index and waist circumference between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was a significant difference in the change of TCM syndrome score(P < 0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture combined with Jing-Moxibustion and oral ollistat have a good effect on the treatment of dampness type obesity with spleen deficiency.There was no any significant difference between these two groups in reducing weight and waist circumference,but the effect of acupuncture combined with Jing-Moxibustion is better in the improvement of TCM syndrome.
