The Clinical Study Of Oxidative Stress And Inflammatory Cytokines On Daizong Powder With Catgut Implantion At Acupiont Treating Obesity(Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Obstruction)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Daizong powder with catgut implantion at acupiont in treating obesity(Spleen Deficiency and dampness obstruction);To analayze the changes of Oxidative stress and Inflammatory cytokines.Methods:Total 86 pateints screneed in the randiomzed, controlled study, obsiety (BMI= 25)o lifestyle intervention of patients to stop taking druds three weeks,74 patients with the installer, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Group 36 cases were taking Daizong powder and gut impantion acupiont, however, in the control group 38 cases taking metformin (1.7g/day) and Daizong powder. Ned diet and exercise as two groups, Whlie catgut impantion acupiont includes two sets of main points:1. The tianshu (ST25), Fenglong (ST40), Zhongwan (RN12), liangqiu (ST34), Zusanli (ST36), Guanyuan (RN4); 2. Pishu (BL20), the Weishu(BL21), Shenshu(BL23),such as Shangjuxu (ST37), Xiajuxu (ST39). Every three weeks. Select a group. All patients according to lifestyle intervention observation 12 weeks. Record and analyze all indicators including body weight, body mass index, waist, and relevant parametors insulin, lipid and inflammatory cytokines, oxidative stress factor,mir-29, blood routine, liver and kidney function before and alter the study.Resultsrl.Group and the control group weight loss of 2.2 kg,7 kg, body mass index fell by 0.65 and 2.7, waistline by 3.2 cm and 5.5 cm. These indicators is better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01).2.TC no statistically significant change compared with the baseline, the two groups (P> 0.05), lower TG and low density bothl group significantly (P<0.01), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased significantly (P< 0.05), the three indicators were significantly better than that of control group (P< 0.05).3.In the two groups, 1h1NS,2hINS of insulin release test significantly lower (P< 0.01), the two indicators were no statistically significant change when compared with the control group (P> 0.05), ISI increased significantly, the change of IR and HOMA-? significantly decreased (P< 0.05); And these four were no statistically significant change when compared with the control group (P> 0.05).4.Two groups, imflammatory cytokine IL-6 and TNF alpha significantly reduced (P< 0.01), the median of oxidative stress factor (SOD) increased significantly (P<0.01), and, more importantly, these indicators changes significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05).5.1n the two groups, mir-29 decreased (P< 0.05), and the indicator changes more than the control group, while the changes were no statistically significant change (P> 0.05).6.mir-29 were positively correlted with BMI?HOMA-IR.7.During the trial, no obvious abnormalities, liver, kidney, blood routine and other security index low incidence of adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusions:Daizong powder with catgut implantion acupiont can effectively reduce the body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, obesity (pixu (spleen deficient) wet block).
