Objective: To observe the effect of Back Tuina manipulation on serum immune cells and immunoglobulin in rabbits with subacute aging and immune dysfunction.Methods: 36 rabbits were randomly divided into Blank group,model group,drug group,Tuina group.The model was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide,and the changes of body mass difference,serum immune cell CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,NK content,peripheral blood IgM,IgG content before and after intervention were observed.Results: Compared with the model group,the difference in body mass between the Tuina group and the drug group was significant(P<0.05);The contents of CD3+,CD4+,NK in serum of Tuina group and drug group increased,the content of CD8+ is reduced,showing significant difference(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).The contents of IgM and IgG in peripheral blood of Tuina group and drug group increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is successed to prepare the immunosuppressive rabbit by peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide.Back Tuina manipulation can improve and regulate the body's immune function,and the mechanism of action may be through regulating the body's cellular immunity and humoral immunity. |
