Objective: By comparing and observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with balanced cupping therapy for cardiac neurosis and western medicine for the disease,explore the advantages of this method in the treatment of cardiac neurosis,and consider the effective of this external Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:The study was aimed at patients with cardiac neurosis.72 patients were included in the study according to the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group used acupuncture combined with balanced cupping method;the control group used oral western medicine method,Using the "Hamilton Anxiety Scale"(HAMA)to evaluate the degree of anxiety improvement before and after treatment and the "Hamilton Depression Scale"(HAMD)to evaluate the degree of improvement of depression;Using the "Somatization Symptoms Self-Assessment Scale" to evaluate the improvement of somatization symptoms and TCM Symptom Score Scale to evaluate the therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms.Through the statistical analysis of the above scale,overviewing the effect of acupuncture combined with balanced cupping therapy in the treatment of this disease.Results:(1)Both of the two group's score of HAMA,SSS,HAMD,and TCM symptom before and after treatment were statistically significant by statistical calculation P<0.05.(2)Comparison of HAMA scores after treatment between patients in the treatment group and the control group.By independent t test P <0.05,the effective rate of HAMA in the treatment group was 91.18%,and the rate of HAMA in the control group was 75.76%.The treatment group was better improve anxiety than that of the control group,and that is Significantly different in statistics.(3)After treatment,the SSS scores of the two groups were compared.ByNonparametric two-sample rank sum test P<0.01.The effective rate of SSS somatization symptoms in the treatment group was 91.18%,and the rate of SSS somatization symptoms in the control group was 81.82%The treatment group had a better effect on reducing somatization symptoms than the control group,and that is Significantly different in statistics.(4)Comparison of HAMD score between the two groups after treatment.By Nonparametric two-sample rank sum test p<0.01,the effective rate of HAMD depression in the treatment group was 88.24% and the rate of HAMD in the control group was 72.73%.The mitigation of depression in the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference is significant.(5)Comparison of TCM symptom scores after treatment between patients in the treatment group and the control group.Based on Nonparametric two-sample rank sum test P<0.05,the TCM symptom score was 91.18% in the treatment group and81.82% in the control group.The treatment group is better than the control group in treating the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the difference is significant.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with balanced cupping therapy and Western medicine can treat cardiac neurosis,Both of the two methods can reduce the patient's symptoms,and both of them are effective.2.Acupuncture combined with balanced cupping therapy can significantly reduce the anxiety state and TCM symptoms of patients with cardiac neurosis than Western medicine.And it is better at treating depression and somatization symptoms.3.Acupuncture combined with balanced cupping therapy is an effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment for cardiac neurosis.
