Clinical Observation Of Danqin Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of Lichen Planus Of Wind Heat And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: By observing the clinical therapeutic effect of "Danqin Jiedu Decoction",and comparing the differences between the two groups through statistical analysis,to further explore the traditional Chinese medicine use of wind heat and blood stasis type lichen planus,so as to confirm the safety and reliability of this prescription.Methods: With 66 cases of wind heat and blood stasis type lichen planus,The random numbers were divided into the therapy group and the control group in parallel,because during the study and observation,2 cases fell off,32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group,The therapy group was rendered Danqin Jiedu Decoction(Danshen,Huangqin,forsythia,Shengdi,buffalo horn,honeysuckle vine,Baicao root,peony skin,dandelion,Folium Isatidis,Bombyx mori,Sanguisorba officinalis),once in the morning and once in the evening,with warm water.The control group was given Yiqing capsule(Scutellaria,Coptis,rhubarb)orally.Three times a day,two at a time.Both groups were treated with four weeks as a course of treatment,and two courses of treatment were observed continuously.During the treatment,other related drugs should be stopped..Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(84.375%)was higher than that of the control group(71.875%).In the treatment group,the cure rate was 28.125%,the effective rate was 46.875%,the effective rate was 9.375%,and the ineffective rate was 15.625%;in the control group,the cure rate was 15.625%,the effective rate was31.25%,the effective rate was 56.25%,and the ineffective rate was 28.125%.By statistical analysis,P < 0.05,it shows that the total effective rate of the two groups is significantly different,with statistical significance.The treatment effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.2.After 4 weeks follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.4%,and that of the control group was21.74%.The recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group.Verdict: 1.Danqin Jiedu decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of lichen planus of wind heat blood stasis type.2.Danqin Jiedu decoction is similar to Yiqing Capsule in the skin lesions of lichen planus and the improvement of symptoms,but there are significant differences between the two groups in reducing the recurrence rate and alleviating the clinical symptoms.The clinical effect of the treatment group is significant...
