Based On The Date Mining Technique,Summarize The Law Of Zhou Dayong's TCM Paste Prescription To Treat Sub-health

Research objectives:In this study,the data mining technology was used to study the medication law of professor Zhou dayong's sub-health state,and to extract academic thoughts and clinical experience.Research methods:Collected 296 cases from the outpatient department of the paste prescription,sorted them out,and used Excel to establish an electronic data information base,and then unified the information.The frequency,association rules and clustering were used to analyze the common symptoms,tongue,pulse,complexion,body and common medicines in the sub-health state.Research results:1 A total of 296 cases were included in this study,among which 96 cases were males(32.4%)and 200 cases were females(67.6%).The ratio of male to female was about1:2.Among the selected 296 cases,the oldest was 90 years old,and the youngest was24 years old,with an average age of 44 years old.According to the statistical results,the cases were distributed in the population aged 30-60 years,accounting for82.42%.Among the patients with sub-health status,the incidence rate of young and middle-aged people is higher,which may be related to the greater work and family pressure of these people.2.According to the clinical data of 296 patients,the frequency of "limb weakness" was the highest,up to 69.25%,and other symptoms occurred more than 30 times were: fear of cold,cold limbs,poor sleep,poor appetite,mental fatigue,amnesia,loose stools,irregular menstruation,easy to catch a cold,dry eyes and no ability to work.Among the patients,symptoms of fatigue were the main ones,including cold limbs,poor sleep,poor appetite,lack of energy,easy to catch a cold,and no hard work,etc.After treatment,the follow-up found that the symptoms of limb weakness could be significantly improved.3.The frequency of tongue paleness in sub-healthy patients was the highest(74.66%),followed by tooth tongue paleness(62.55%).The tongue coating was dominated by white coating,which reached 52.7 percent,followed by thin coating 47.96 percent,and less coating also had a certain proportion,accounting for 15.88 percent.It can be seen from the above that the most common tongue image in patients with sub-health status is light and fat tongue,with tooth marks on the tongue edge and thin and white coating on the tongue.4.In the pulse condition of sub-healthy patients,the highest frequency was pulse sinking(37.16,%),followed by pulse nourishing(30.74%),pulse sinking(10.47%),pulse sinking(0.33%)and pulse number(0.33%)were the lowest.It is not difficult to conclude from the analysis that the most prominent feature of the pulse condition of the sub healthy patients included in this study is pulse sinking and fineness.5.The patients included in the study had the highest frequency of sallow complexion(50.34%),followed by lusterless complexion(14.53%).6.The frequency of body emaciation in patients with sub-health status is higher than that of obese patients.7.According to the statistics of 296 ointment prescriptions,professor Zhou da yong used a total of 207 herbal medicines,a total of 8,979 times,an average of 30.33 herbal medicines per prescription,and an average of 30 herbal medicines per ointment prescription.In order to facilitate the summary of the regulation and medication rules of the teacher's sub-health state,we selected traditional Chinese medicines with the frequency of use greater than 25%,as shown in table 2-7.The first 42 herbs were: Fried Yam,Coix Seed,Fried Atractylodes,White Hyacinth Bean,Gordon Euryale,Rhizoma Polygonati,Donkey-hide Gelatin,Jian Shen Qu,Angelica,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Amomum,Perilla,Dogwood,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Ophiopogonis,Epimedium,Rhizoma Ligustici Wallichii,Lateral root,Rehmannia Glutinosa,Folium Artemisiae Argyi,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel,Fu Shen,Pseudostellaria Root,Caramel,Lotus Seed,Jie Geng,Licorice,Red Raspberry,Rock Sugar,Milkvetch Seed,Cinnamon,Zizyphus Jujube Kernel,Dodder,Radix Aucklandiae,Alisma,Motherwort,Curculigo,Gou Qi Zi,Radix Curcumae,Big Jujube,Cohosh.8.Among the sub-health states,59 syndromes were involved,among which spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and its associated syndromes were the most common,with a frequency of 37.5%,followed by spleen-lung qi deficiency,and other relatively common syndromes were: deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,deficiency of kidney Yang,deficiency of spleen and spleen,spleen and stomach weakness,etc.In the patients with subhealth condition,there was no pure deficiency.Patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency are the most common type,which belongs to the multi-license type with sub-health status.Spleen-lung qi deficiency and liver-spleen-kidney deficiency are also more common.9.According to the drug association rules,when the minimum support adjustment is50% and the minimum confidence adjustment is 90%,the core drugs of Fried yam,coix seed,euryale seed,Fried white lentils,processed astragalus membranaceus,dogwood,huangjing,Perilla stem,semen alba,donkey-gelatin,angelica sinensis,and ataxy rhizome can be obtained.And by their combination,the formation of drug pairs,drug groups appear in the prescription,the formation of prescriptions;When minimum support at 25%,the minimum confidence level of 90%,it is concluded that lotus seeds,Fried yam,radix curcumae,radix bupleuri,raspberry,Gordon euryale seed,coix seed,dried tangerine or orange peel,dogwood,platycodon root,astragalus,main curculigo,big jujube,radix aucklandiae,alisma,rhizoma polygonati,milkvetch seed,aconite,rock sugar,dwarf lilyturf,cohosh,white hyacinth bean,epimedium herb,radix pseudostellariae,purple Perilla,amomum fruit,cinnamon,built the divinecomedy,codonopsis,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,caramel,donkey-hide gelatin,dodder,motherwort,folium artemisiae argyi,Fried atractylodes,god eight core of traditional Chinese medicine,angelica,a total of 39 taste.The drug pairs revealed by association rules are closely related to deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney.By the above 39 medicine combination add and subtract,form the core prescription.10.Correlation analysis of symptoms and syndromes: god fatigue,limb weakness,poor sleep and loose stool were more common in the first eight syndromes.Chills were mainly distributed in the syndromes of Yang deficiency.Susceptibility to cold,self-sweating and spleen-lung qi deficiency are closely related;Lack of cold and heat tolerance is closely related to the imbalance between Yin and Yang.The relation that does not stand hard work and liver is inseparable.11.Through the analysis of drug clustering results,it was found that there were 19 kinds of drugs used,and the top 6 categories of traditional Chinese medicines were:qi tonic,Yin tonic,qi tonic,Yang tonic,astringent tonic,blood tonic,blood-activating tonic,warm li tonic,and water-dampening tonic.In the sub-health state,the function of the root of the disease is weakened in the zang-fu organs,deficiency of qi and blood Yin and Yang,accompanied by deficiency and consolidation,resulting in the formation of pathological products.Therefore,it is important to supplement qi,nourish blood,help Yang and nourish Yin,supplemented by activating blood,invigorating qi,benefiting hydration and dampness,and nourishing and removing evil spirits.Summary:The pathogenesis of sub-health is various in clinical syndromes,of which spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and liver depression are the important etiology and pathogenesis.Nourish spleen and kidney,benefit water infiltration wet,liver circulation qi,qi tonic medicine and Yang tonic medicine Shared,with the infiltration of wet,line qi medicine,blood circulation medicine,so that the viscera to enrich,qi and blood regulation,qi machine rise and fall in and out of the rest,embodies thetutor "pei yuan solid yuan,push Chen zhixin" conditioning thought.Pay attention to observe the tongue pulse,complexion,complexion,body fat and thin,etc.Body emaciated,pale complexion,weak pulse,weak spleen and stomach;White complexion flatness,body fat,the majority of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome;Nose color is green,much liver is depressed.Under the premise of adhering to the academic thought of "Pui Ben Gu Yuan,Tui Chen Zhi Xin",insisting on syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and syndrome differentiation of qi,blood and body fluid,"observe the pulse syndrome,know what is wrong,and treat it with the syndrome".
