Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chemotherapy-related Thrombocytopenia Of Lung Cancer With Fuzheng Shiye Shengban Decoction

Research objectives:This study focused on one of the side effects of chemotherapy for lung cancer associated with thrombocytopenia.To explore the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng shiye shengban decoction in the treatment of CIT,and whether combined with recombinant human interleukin-11 has more effective platelet raising efficacy and improves the quality of life of patients.It is hoped to provide some ideas and references for the treatment of tumor chemotherapy-related thrombocytopenia(CIT)with traditional Chinese medicine.Research objects and methods:A total of 60 lung cancer patients with chemotherapy-related thrombocytopenia who were admitted to the second department of oncology,the first affiliated hospital of Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine and developed chemotherapy-related thrombocytopenia were selected for this study from June 2018 to January 2020.The 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30cases).In the control group,recombinant human interleukin-11 was administered subcutaneously at a dose of 1.5mg per day for 10 days.In the treatment group,the same treatment in the control group,the other side of the persimmon leaf plate square internal medicine,twice a day,the treatment course of 10 days.Platelet count,effective rate of platelet-raising therapy,Karnofsky score,TCM syndrome score and safety index of liver and kidney function were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Then,statistical analysis was carried out to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuzheng shiye shengban decoction.Results:(1)platelet count: there was no significant difference in platelet count between the treatment group and the control group on the 4th day after treatment(P>0.05).On the7 th and 10 th day after treatment,the difference in platelet counts between the two groups was significant,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)effective rate of platelet-raising treatment: the overall effective rate of the control group after treatment was 80.0%;The overall response rate of the treatment group was93.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate of platelet raising therapy.According to statistical analysis,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(3)improvement of TCM syndrome score and Karnofsky score: the improvement of TCM syndrome score and Karnofsky score in the treatment group and the control group was significantly different,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(4)safety analysis: there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function before and after treatment in all cases in this study(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of chemotherapy-related thrombocytopenia in lung cancer,Fuzheng shiye shengban decoction has certain platelet raising effect on lung cancer thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy.Compared with the treatment of recombinant human interleukin-11 alone,the combined use of Fuzheng shiye shengban decoction and recombinant human interleukin-11 has better platelet raising effect,which can shorten the time of thrombocytopenia,improve the quality of life and physical condition of patients.And the Fuzheng shiye shengban decoction has no obvious hepatorenal toxicity.
