Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Immune Thrombocytopenia With Peishi Shengban Recipe

Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of Peishi Shengban was discussed from the treatment of blood-heating type ITP platelet count and the improvement of clinical symptoms of Chinese and Western medicine.Method:Forty-eight patients with blood-heating type ITP were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of hormone therapy,the group treated with Peishi Shengban was named as the Chinese and Western group,and vice versa.14 days was a course of treatment,observed for 2 months.By observing the platelet counts of the two groups of ITP on the 0th,7th,14 th,28th,42 th,and 56 th day,the bleeding score before and after treatment,and the improvement of the clinical symptoms of TCM were used to evaluate the Peishi Shengban,The clinical efficacy,recording liver and kidney function,etc.is considered to be safe.Results:There were 2 cases of shedding in the western medicine group.Therefore,24 cases and 22 cases of the Chinese and Western medicine groups entered the statistics respectively.The results showed that:1.PLT: Before and after treatment,the platelet counts of the Chinese and Western edicine groups and the western medicine group were significantly higher than before,but The increase of the Chinese and Western groups was more obvious,P<0.0000,indicating that the Peishi Shengban can increase the platelet count,and the curative effect on the blood-heating type ITP is accurate;2.The bleeding score comparison: the bleeding scores of the two groups before and after treatment Compared with the previous decline,the scores of bleeding in the Chinese and Western groups were more obvious than those in the western medicine group,P=0.001,indicating that Peishi Shengban can improve the bleeding status of blood-heating type ITP patients;3.Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,two groups of patients Chinese medicine The scores of clinical symptoms were significantly decreased,P<0.042;the total effective rate of the Chinese and Western groups was 95.83%;the total effective rate of the control group was72.73%.Compared with the western medicine group,the clinical symptoms of the Chinese and Western groups were better than the western medicine group.Peishi Shengban can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of TCM patients with blood-thirsty ITP;4.Safety indicators: abnormal electrocardiogram,liver function,renal function,urine routine,fecal routine and no The incidence of good events,P>0.05,were not statistically significant,indicating that the treatment of blood-heat type ITP without hepatic and renal function damage,gastrointestinal tract,cardiovascular and other obvious side effects.Conclsuion:1.Peishi Shengban can significantly increase the platelet count,indicating that the treatment of blood-heating type ITP has curative effect: 2.Peishi Shengban can significantly reduce the ITP patient's bleeding score,reduce bleeding and improve the prognosis;Peishi Shengban can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ITP,and has no obvious side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
