Objective:This study provides a clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia of the spinal cord by observing the difference in clinical efficacy of the spine-related functional dyspepsia(FD)by observing abdominal massage and spinal rotation positioning. Methods:This study used a randomized, controlled, and single-blind approach to divide 60spinal-related FD patients into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional manipulation, and the treatment group was treated with modified thoracic vertebral reduction in addition to the control group. The two groups were treated three times a week for a course of treatment, for a total of 4 courses.Observe the Symptom Index of Dyspepsia(SID),Nepean Dyspepsia Symptoms Index(NDSI),and Nepean Dyspepsia Life Quality Index(NDLQI)before and after treatment. And thoracic spinal facet joint disorder clinical evaluation observation table within and between group changes in the score, and the statistical analysis of the results of the study, and evaluate the treatment effect. All data were analyzed and processed using SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:1.60 patients completed the study;2.The baseline of the two groups(sex, age, duration)was comparable(P > 0.05);3.Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of two treatment options in the treatment of spinal FD3.1 The effect of two groups of treatment options on patients' SID(1)The SID scores of the two groups of patients can be reduced before and after treatment(P <0.05),and there is a statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05);(2)Efficacy of a single symptom: There was no statistically significant difference in the effectiveness of post-prandial fullness and discomfort, middle and upper abdominal pain, and middle and upper abdominal burning sensation(P> 0.05);the two groups had significant statistics on the effectiveness of treating early symptoms Difference(P<0.05);3.2 Effect of two treatment groups on patients' NDI(1)The mean value of NDSI points before and after treatment was significantly reduced in the two groups(P <0.05),and there was a statistical difference in the NDSI points between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05);(2)The mean value of total NDLQI scores before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly reduced(P <0.05),and the difference in total scores before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);there was a statistical difference in the total score of NDLQI between the two groups(P <0.05);3.3 Effect of two treatment groups on thoracic spine symptom score The mean value of total thoracic symptom scores before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly reduced(P <0.05),and the difference in total thoracic symptom scores before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);there was a statistical difference in total thoracic symptom scores between groups P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The control group can improve the total SID and NDSI scores of the patients, but has no significant effect on the NDLQI and thoracic symptom scores;2.The treatment group can significantly improve the SID,NDI,and thoracic spine symptom score of patients with spinal FD,and the effect is significantly better than that of the control group.
