Clinical Study Of Modified Four Inverse Scatered In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Syndrome Of Liver Stomach Heat

Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Sini Powder by comparing the symptoms before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group,so as to provide an effective method for the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver and stomach depression and heat syndrome.The discomfort symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients can be relieved.Methods:(1)60 FD patients from affiliated hospital of TCM College were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).(2)the treatment group was given modified Sini powder,and the control group was given Dalitong granule for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the symptoms and signs of the patients were observed,and the data were recorded.(3)the original data were collected after the treatment.SPSS17.0 statistical software is used to analyze,and finally draw a conclusion.Results:(1)the total effective rates of the two groups were 90.00% and 76.66%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2).The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).In the treatment group,there was a significant difference in the relief of early fullness and the middle and upper abdomen burning sensation(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the relief of symptoms such as post-meal fullness and discomfort,middle and upper abdominal pain(P > 0.05).(3).In the improvement of TCM syndrome,there was always a difference between the treatment group and the control group.The efficiency was 90.00% and73.33%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the modified Sini Powder group was effective in relieving irritability and irritability,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),but there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in TCM symptoms such as dry mouth,bitter mouth,nausea and so on(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine such as noisy reflux acid between the two groups(P > 0 05).(5).The safety tests of three routine,biochemical and other aspects before and after treatment in the two groups were not abnormal,and there was nosignificant difference between the two groups during the course of taking the medicine.There are now any symptoms of discomfort.Conclusion: 1.The therapeutic effect of Jiawei Sini Powder on functional dyspepsia with liver and stomach depression and heat syndrome is outstanding.2.In the western medicine symptom standard judgment aspect,two kinds of treatment means can improve each symptom,the two groups,in improving the early fullness,middle upper abdomen burning heat sense,the modified Sini powder effect is superior to the Dalitong granule,but in the improvement after meal fullness discomfort,There was no significant difference between the two methods in the area of middle and upper abdominal pain.3.Jiawei Sini powder and Dalitong granules in the improvement of abdominal fullness,noisy anti-acid,irritable irritability,dry mouth,bitter mouth,nausea and other aspects of curative effect,but modified Sini powder in the improvement of irritability and irritability,dry mouth,bitter mouth,nausea and other aspects of excellent Yudalitong granules,in the improvement of abdominal distension,noisy acid,there is no significant difference.
