Objective:To observe the effect of eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation on patients with balance disorder after cerebral infarction by comparing with conventional acupuncture treatment,so as to evaluate its clinical efficacy, and to explore the advantages and mechanism of eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation,so as to provide new therapeutic ideas and clinical basis for the treatment of balance disorder after cerebral infarction.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group.Routine acupuncture control group. The selected cases were all hospitalized patients from the 5th inpatient department of acupuncture,Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to January 2020.All 90 patients met the inclusion criteria of balance disorder after cerebral infarction and passed the screening of exclusion criteria. And patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent form. The test has been examined and approved by the ethics committee. After the two groups of patients were admitted to hospital, the patients and their families were given disease education, and their low-salt and low-fat diet standards were guided, and the work and rest time was adjusted reasonably and regularly. The two groups of patients were given basic treatment of encephalopathy such as blood pressure monitoring, lipid lowering and anticoagulant.According to the patients' different basic diseases, corresponding treatment plans are given. And both groups of patients were treated with scalp acupuncture. In addition to the basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation, and the liver area, the kidney area, the upper and lower focal areas on both sides of the eye area were selected. The acupuncture needle is inserted according to the operation specification of the eye acupuncture and is matched with rubbing operation,so that the thumb and index finger rub the needle handle from bottom to top on both sides of the needle handle, and the needle running time in each point area is 1 minute.Leave the needle for 40 minutes after the needle is inflated.Press the needle hole tightly with cotton ball and stop bleeding for about 3 minutes.Acupuncture twice a day for 14 days is a course of treatment. The control group was treated with conventional body acupuncture, based on the selection of acupuncture points for stroke patients proposed in Acupuncture Therapy.According to the conventional body acupuncture standard, the needle is inserted, and the needle is retained for 40 minutes after the needle is inflated.Acupuncture twice a day for 14 days is a course of treatment. Both groups of patients were treated for two courses.Berg Balance Scale,Fugl-Meyer Scale and MBI Index of Daily Living Ability Scale were used to evaluate the recovery of patients' balance function before and after treatment in both groups. The scores before and after treatment were analyzed statistically.Results:(1)Comparison of Berg balance scale scores:before treatment, the Berg balance scale scores of patients in the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group and the conventional acupuncture control group were statistically analyzed(p>0.05),with no significant difference, indicating that the two groups of patients are comparable. After two courses of treatment,Berg scores of patients in the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group and the conventional acupuncture control group were improved. Moreover, eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation is superior to conventional acupuncture, with significant difference(p<0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation is more significant.(2)Fugl-Meyer scale score comparison:before treatment, the Fugl-Meyer balance scale scores of patients in the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group and the conventional acupuncture control group were statistically analyzed(p>0.05),with no significant difference, indicating that the two groups of patients are comparable. After a set course of treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scores of the patients in theeye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group and the conventional acupuncture control group were improved compared with those before treatment.Among them, the score of the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group is significantly higher than that of the conventional acupuncture control group, and the comparison has statistical significance(p<0.05),indicating that the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy is superior to the conventional acupuncture in treating balance disorder after cerebral infarction.(3)Comparison of MBI index scores:before treatment, the MBI index scores of the patients in the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group and the conventional acupuncture control group were statistically analyzed(p>0.05),with no significant difference, suggesting that the two groups of patients are comparable After treatment according to the course of treatment, the MBI index scores of the patients in the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group and the conventional acupuncture control group are improved compared with those before treatment.Comparing the scores of the two groups after treatment has statistical significance(p<0.05),which shows that the two groups of therapies can improve the patients' daily life self-care ability, but the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation method is obviously superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the patients' daily life ability.(4)Total effective rate comparison:after treatment, the patients in the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group and the conventional acupuncture control group were compared within the group respectively(p<0.05),indicating that both eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy and conventional acupuncture can improve the balance disorder of patients after cerebral infarction. The curative effect and total effective rate of the two groups were compared, with significant difference(P<0.05).Among them, the total effective rate of the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy group is 93.3%,which is significantly higher than the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group of 68.89%.It is proved that the eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy is superior to the conventional acupuncture therapy for balance disorder after cerebral infarction, and the curative effect is signifi cant.Conclusion;(1)Both eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation and conventional acupuncture have therapeutic effects on balance disorders after cerebral infarction.(2)Eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation can improve Berg score and Fugl-Meyer score of patients with balance disorder after cerebral infarction, and is significantly higher than conventional acupuncture.(3)Eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation is obviously better than conventional acupuncture in improving the ability of daily living of patients with balance disorder after cerebral infarction.(4)Eye acupuncture-rubbing manipulation therapy has definite curative effect on balance disorder after cerebral infarction. It not only improves the balance disorder of cerebral infarction patients, but also has certain improvement effect on nerve function defect. It is worthy of further research and promotion in clinical practice.
