| Objective: To compare the clinical effect of Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction and Isotretinoin Soft Capsule in the treatment of wet and heat interweaving acne through the method of combining clinical observation research and statistical analysis, evaluating the effect of Chushi Xiaoacou Decoction on wet and heat interweaving acne objectively, developing the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in treating wet and heat interweaving acne, improving the cure rate, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and the rate of acne recurrence. Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,60 patients with wet and heat interweaving acne that met the inclusion criteria were collected from the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine.Correspondingly,SPSS 25.0 software random number table method was used to randomly assign the treatment group or control group, each group was 30 cases. The treatment group was given Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction Chinese medicine granules orally twice a day.The control group was given 25 mg isotretinoin soft capsules orally with meals twice a day. Each group was treated for 4 weeks.Patients in the two groups were revisited once a week before treatment and after treatment was started, and recorded changes in skin lesions, changes in symptoms and signs, and adverse reactions.Four weeks after treatment, the effects were compared and evaluated, and the safety compared and evaluated.4 weeks after the end of treatment, patients who were effective in the two groups were followed up and the recurrence rate was calculated.Results:(1)Compared with before treatment, the scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(p <0.05),both were effective.(2)The total effective rate of the treatment group and the total effective rate of the control group were 90.0%;the total cure rate of the treatment group was 43.3%,and the total cure rate of the control group was 36.7%.There was no significant difference in the total treatment efficiency and total cure rate of the two groups(P> 0.05),the two groups have the same effect on wet and heat interweaving acne.(3)Comparing the treatment group with the control group after treatment and before treatment, the syndrome score and the total score are statistically significant(p <0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction is better than Isotretinoin Soft Capsules.(4)During the medication period,2 patients in the treatment group had adverse reactions, and 11 patients in the control group had adverse reactions. After taking measures, the symptoms were relieved and treatment continued. The safety of the two groups was statistically significant(p <0.05).(5)The recurrence rate of the total effective patients in the treatment group was 7.41%,and the recurrence rate of the total effective patients in the control group was 29.63%.The recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant(p <0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction and Isotretinoin Soft Capsules are effective in treating damp-heat acne, and their curative effect is equivalent;(2)Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction is superior to Isotretinoin Soft Capsules in improving the syndrome of wet and heat interweaving in TCM;(3)Chushi Xiaoacang Decoction has fewer adverse reactions in the treatment of wet and heat interweaving acne, and the treatment is safe and effective.(4)Chushi Xiaocui Decoction has lower recurrence rate for wet and heat interweaving acne and better long-term efficacy thanIsotretinoin Soft Capsules. |
