| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaocuo Decoction combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal moist heat acne,as well as the effects of immune factors tumor necrosis factor(TNF-?)and interleukin-8(IL-8),and conduct safety evaluation.Methods:120 eligible subjects who met the requirements were randomly divided into treatment group 1(39 cases)according to the order of treatment:oral Xiaocuo decoction combined with fire acupuncture treatment,treatment group 2(38 cases): oral Xiaocuo decoction and control group(37 cases): oral Xiaocuo pills.(6 cases of shedding cases during the study)The judgment time of the three groups of patients was 28 days,once a week,at 0±2 days,7±2days,14±2 days,21±2 days,The scores of the patients' skin lesions and the TCM symptom scores were scored on 28±2 days,and the clinical effects of every group were measured according to these two points.At the same time,venous blood was taken from the three groups on the 0±2 day and the 28±2day,and the changes of serum TNF-? and IL-8 before and after treatment were recorded,and the improvement was compared.Results:1.After 28 days of treatment,the skin lesion scores and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group 1was better than the treatment group 2(P<0.05).the treatment group 2 was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.The levels of TNF-? and IL-8 in the serum of the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect of treatment group 1 was the best(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Xiaocao Decoction combined with fire acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the skin lesions,TCM syndrome scores and TNF-? and IL-8 levels in patients with gastrointestinal moist heat acne before treatment,and is superior to the other two groups.2.It is a safe and effective method to treat gastrointestinal moist heat acne with Xiaocuo Decoction combined with fire needle. |
