Clinical Study On Sanjie Xiaocuo Decoction Combined With Ozone Hydrotherapy In The Treatment Of Acne Of Damp Heat Phlegm Stasis Type

Objective:To observe and explore the feasibility and efficacy of Sanjie Xiaocuo decoction combined with ozone hydrotherapy in the treatment of acne of damp heat phlegm stasis type,so as to provide a safer and more effective treatment scheme for the treatment of acne of damp heat phlegm stasis type.The facial features of patients before and after treatment were detected by VISIA skin tester,so as to provide quantitative objective evidence for the determination of the efficacy of acne.Methods:60 cases of acne patients with damp heat phlegm stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with Sanjie Xiaocuo decoction combined with ozone hydrotherapy,the control group was treated with Sanjie Xiaocuo decoction combined with external compound Huangbai liquid wet compress,both groups were treated with fusidic acid cream,once a week,a total of 4 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the improvement of GAGS score was observed to determine the curative effect.At the same time,the improvement of TCM syndrome score of the two groups was observed,and the changes of red area,pores,purpurin and spots were observed by vision skin tester.Results:1.Curative effect analysis: after 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 40.00%,and that of the control group was 26.67%.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,and that of the control group was 50.00%,The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).2.Analysis of skin lesions:after 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but after 4 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.TCM syndrome comparison:after 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),but after 4 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),and the treatment group was superior in improving TCM syndrome.4.Analysis of VISIA results: the treatment group was better than the control group in improving red area and purple index(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in improving spot index between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:pay attention to the mutual transformation of dampness heat,phlegm and blood stasis in the process of acne disease,Sanjie Xiaocuo decoction combined with ozone hydrotherapy in the treatment of dampness heat,phlegm and blood stasis acne can achieve good curative effect,which is better than the control group in improving skin lesions,TCM syndromes,controlling inflammation and oil production.The treatment scheme is safe and effective,and is worthy of promotion.The results of VISIA skin tester showed that the red area,purpurin and spots had a certain reference value for the evaluation of the curative effect of acne before and after treatment.
