| Objective:According to the different clinical manifestations of acne,acne is the dialectical theory of governance,summarized tutor clinical application of Danzhi xiaocuoyin(drug composition:Moutan 10g,gardenia 10g,bupleurum 10g,Radix Paeoniae Alba 15g;Poria 10g,Atractylodes 10g,Salvia 15g,licorice 10g,shengdehuang20g,dandelion 15g,forsythia10g,Fritillaria 10g,Prunella 10g;honeysuckle 15g)clinical experience of treating liver heat type acne.Through the observation of patients before and after treatment of acne lesions,improve TCM symptoms and depression,compared with the western medicine curative effect of Danzhi Xiao CuO Decoction in treating nuohuan hydrochloride to acne The safety and clinical efficacy,to objective evaluation of Danzhi xiaocuoyin treating liver heat type acne.To investigate the effective methods of Chinese medicine treatment of liver heat type acne,acne is to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:(1)collected 80 cases of liver heat type acne patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group two,40 cases in each group.(2)in two groups of psychological counseling and daily life pay attention to the basic education matters,the treatment group was given herbal oral xiaocuoyin Dan Zhi the treatment,a daily agent,can be divided into two times,after taking about 20 minutes;the control group was given the North China Pharmaceutical Group Co.Ltd.Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsules agents(50mg)orally,50mg each time,two times a day.The two groups were at bedtime with the self-made clean face in emulsion membrane application.(3)two groups before and after treatment points Don’t record the lesions score,TCM syndrome score and depression self testing scale(SDS)score and the adverse reaction during the treatment.(4)after the experiment,the collected data to establish a database,using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis.Results:This study collected 80 cases of liver of patients with heat type acne were completed 4 weeks of treatment.Before treatment,respectively on two groups of gender,age,course of disease,skin lesions,depression self testing scores,symptom scores were statistically analyzed,were not significantly different,that could be comparable.After treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 92.50%;the total effective rate of control group was 72.50%,statistically significant differences between the two groups.The two methods are effective for the treatment of acne,and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In the lesions,two groups before and after treatment of skin lesions were decreased,the difference(P<0.0 5)was statistically significant,which indicates that these two kinds of methods of treatment can improve patients with acne lesions,and two lesions score difference comparison group after treatment was also statistically significant,indicating the lesions of the treatment group improved better than the control group;in the depression self testing scale,two groups before and after treatment of depression self testing scale scores were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the two groups after treatment of depression self testing scale score difference comparison was also statistically significant,explain depression improvement in the treatment group than the control group,and according to the modern pharmacological research shows that the Xiaoyao Powder prescription based subtraction has improved the negative emotions of patients in effect;TCM syndromes,two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicates that these two kinds of methods of treatment can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with acne,and the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral difference was also statistically significant,the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms better than the control group.Two groups during the treatment of individual patients with adverse reactions are mild,but does not affect the normal treatment.Conclusion:Effect of Danzhi xiaocuoyin treatment of liver heat type acne is obviously better than that of the Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsules group,the clinical research deserves further animal experiment and a large sample,for the future in clinical promotion provide evidence sufficient. |
