The Clinical Observation Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With The Treatment Of Jia Jian Chai Ping Tang

Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of TCM in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by Jia Jian Chai Ping Tang and xipin feibin capsule for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(which belongs to traditional Chinese medicine liver,spleen deficiency,dampness,heat and stasis).Methods:The 66 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(spleen deficiency,liver depression,dampness,heat and stasis)who met the criteria and excluded criteria were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group(33cases)was added and subtracted for the treatment of Chai Ping Tang.The control group(33 cases)were treated with Shuifijibin capsule for 12 weeks.To observe and record the changes of syndromes scores and laboratory indexes(ALT,TC,TG),abdominal ultrasound imaging,etc.before and after treatment of two groups of patients,and to make statistical analysis between groups and groups,and to evaluate the clinical safety of adding and subtracting chaiping decoction.Results:(1)Comparison of total effective rate: the experimental group was 90.00%,and the control group was 74.20%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,Jia Jian Chai Ping Tang is better than silybin capsule.(2)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 96.60% and 90.33%,respectively.The difference before and after treatment and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups could improve clinical symptoms,among which,the experimental group was better than the control group.(3)Laboratory: compare the curative effect comparison of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),the experimental group and control group after treatment the total effective rate of 93.33%,83.88% respectively,before and after treatment in two way contrast difference was statistically significant,there was no statistically significant difference between groups after treatment compared(p > 0.05),prompt both groups can effectively improve liver result,but no difference between the effect of contrast;Comparison of blood lipid(TC,TG),The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group after treatment was 85.18% and 80.76%,respectively.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant,but the difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(p> 0.05),suggesting that both groups could effectively improve liver function,but there was no significant difference in efficacy.(4)Comparison of the efficacy of abdominal ultrasound imaging examination: the total correction rate was 36.66% in the experimental group and 26.66% in the control group,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p >0.05).(5)No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and no abnormalities were found in the safety examination.Conclusion:Jia Jian Chai Ping Tang group can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients and liver function,blood lipid and other biochemical indicators,help to promote the liver imaging recovery,the overall effect is better than the treatment of western medicine alone.Jia Jian Chai Ping Tang is safe and effective in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(a type of TCM Ganyu Pixu,Shire Yuzu)without obvious toxic and side effects.
