A Clinical Study Of Dachaihu Decoction Combined With Guizhifulingpill In The Treatment Of Obese Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Liver And Stomach Stasis And Heat And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Dachaihu decoction combined with Guizhifulingpill on obese patients with type 2 diabetes.It provides a basis for the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Through randomized control,60 obese type 2 diabetic patients with liver and stomach stasis and blood stasis syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups,all of whom received basic treatment for diabetes,including diet control,exercise therapy,health education,blood glucose monitoring and other basic treatment measures,the control group(30 cases): in the metformin hydrochloride oral check,0.25g/time,3 times/d.The treatment group(30 cases): on the basis of the control group,Dachaihu decoction combined with Guizhifulingpill were added for oral treatment.Both groups received a 4-week course of treatment for two consecutive courses of treatment.Changes in blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,blood lipid,TCM syndrome score and other indicators were observed,and safety indicators such as blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were observed,and adverse reactions were recorded to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the treatment program.Results: 1.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 66.7%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM Syndrome Total Points: Both groups can reduce TCM Syndrome Total Points.The improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.Western medical effect: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 60.0%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Glucose metabolism index: both groups can reduce FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 C,the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 C,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).5.Insulin-related indicators:Both groups can reduce FINS and HOMA-IR.The treatment group reduced FINS and HOMA-IR better than the control group(P<0.01).6.Obesity-related indicators: Both groups can reduce weight and BMI.There was no significant difference in weight loss and BMI between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).7.Lipid metabolism index:Both groups can reduce TC,TG,LDL-C and increase HDL-C.The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing TC,TG,and LDL-C(P<0.01),and there was no statistically significant increase in HDL-C after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).8.Safety: No adverse reactions were seen in either group.Conclusion: On the premise of foundation treatment,Dachaihu decoction combined with Guizhifulingpill joint metformin hydrochloride can improve liver stomach wind-cold clip stasis in obese patients with type 2 diabetes clinical symptoms,can reduce blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin,insulin sensitivity,regulating blood lipid,clinical curative effect affirmation,is superior to use metformin hydrochloride treatment,and good security.
