| Objective:With the help of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,we sorted out the medical records of cream formula recorded in Mr.Bowei Qin's works such as "The Encyclopedia of cream formula","Qianzhai cream formula Scheme",and "Mr.Qin Bowei's cream formula Recipe" and analyzed the regularity of its prescription in order to provide a certain reference for the clinical application of cream formula.Methods:The screened medical records of the cream formul were entered into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software.Using the frequency,association rules apriori algorithm,complex system entropy clustering methods,we analyzed the frequency of use of drugs in the prescription of the plaster,the association rules between drugs in the cream formula prescriptionsand and obtained the drug properties and dosage rules of Mr.Qin Lao applying the plaster,Experience in treating gynecological diseases and cough.Results:Total of 139 Bowei Qin cream formul were collected in this study,including222 traditional Chinese medicines.The most common prescription was 35 creams formula for gynecological diseases,followed by 34 creams formula for cough.The drugs with high-frequency were Atractylodes,Radix Rehmanniae,Codonopsis,Astragalus,Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Ligustrum lucidum,etc.,the most commonly used glues are Ejiao glue and turtle glue.The four Qis is mainly warm(1567 times),the five flavors is mainly sweet(2582 times),and the meridian is mainly to the kidney and liver meridians.The main dosage of high-frequency drugs is: Atractylodes macrocephalae 45 grams,Radix Rehmanniae 90 grams,Codonopsis pilosula 90 grams,Radix Paeoniae Alba 45 grams,Angelica 45 grams,Astragalus 90 grams.The analysis of 35 cream formulas for the treatment of gynecological diseases shows that the high-frequently medicines were Angelica,white peony root,radix rehmanniae,Atractylodes,Eucommia,Shayuanzi,walnut kernel,etc.;the four Qis were mainly warm(446 times)and flatness(259 times)drugs;the five flavors was mainly sweet(639 times)drugs,followed by bitter taste(383 times);and the most meridian drugs were liver meridian,followed by kidney and spleen meridian.The commonly used drug combinations of high-frequency drugs were "Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba","Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix Angelicae sinensis","Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix Paeoniae Alba","Eucommia ulmoides,Radix Angelicae sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba".Four newprescriptions were obtained by analyzing the data through complex system entropy clustering.Analysis of 34 cream formulas for the treatment of cough showed that,the highfrequency drugs were Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus,Ophiopogon japonicus,Pinellia,Coix seed,coltsfoot,etc.;The four Qis was mainly warm drug(365 times),and the five flavors was mainly sweet(612 times).Among the meridian medicines,the most frequently used drug was the lung meridian(564 times),followed by spleen meridian(373times)and kidney meridian(358 times).The drug pairs with higher frequency were "Astragalus,Atractylodes","Ophiopogon japonicus,Astragalus membranaceus","Ophiopogon japonicus","Astragalus membranaceus".Four new prescriptions were obtained by analyzing the data through complex system entropy clustering algorithm.Conclusions: Mr.Qin's drug-using was brisk,mainly warm and calm,mostly sweet and bitter.The medication is peaceful and flexible,and it can be used flexibly according to the patient's condition.When using medication,he mainly focused on tonic and strong drugs,paid attention to nourishing liver,kidney,spleen and stomach,and advocated tonic,warming,clearing and astringent tonic according to the nature of the disease.For the treatment of gynecological diseases,drugs such as liver and kidney,blood and soft liver were mostly used;drugs such as nourishing Qis and nourishing yin,lowering Qis and relieving asthma were often used for the treatment of cough. |
