Objective:To investigate the feature of epidemiology, syndrome features of modern medicine and TCM, pathological features in people with essential hypertension (EH) at jiangmen city Guangdong province. The clinical effect and mechanism of warming kidney and invigorating spleen to treatment EH with spleen kidney yang asthenia type were also researched in this paper. This research not only explored a new phronesis to syndrome classification by differentiation in EH patients, but also provided a more appropriable therapeutic regimen to patients with EH.Methods:①we investigated the current prevalence and epidemiological features of hypertension in jiangmen city Guangdong province②Patients with hypertension who accord with diagnose of abundant of liver yang type and deficiency of spleen-kidney yang type were sort out. Then this two type of cases compared with normal control group in hemorheology, renin-angiotensin system, the damage of target orga, sex hormone, β2-microglobulin, insulin resistance and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring by checking their relevance index.③110 cases EH patients with deficiency of spleen-kidney yang type were mean divided into two groups randomly, observed group were treatment with Warming Kidney and Invigorating Spleen herbs while control group treat with Nimodipine. The clinical effect and security after 4 weeks, the number of rebound press blood after 3 months, and press blood condition after lyear of two groups were compared. The indexes of sex hormone,β2-microglobulin and insulin resistance in two groups after treatment 4 weeks and 3 months were also comparedResult:①. The incidence of EH in jiangmeng city was 13.65%, Eh history, overweight, medical history of Heart and brain blood vessel, drink were the reisk factor of EH.②There were 142 cases with spleen kidney yang asthenia type, and it was account for 7.0%in all 2018 patients with hypertension. Compared with normal control group, various index of hemorheology, ISI, PRA and ANP of spleen kidney yang asthenia type group were obviously less (P<0.05); The score ofA, A/E, Ai/Ei of left ventricular contraction function, dMSBP,nMSBP, PGE-2 and E2/T in spleen kidney yang asthenia type group were notable higher than normal control group (P<0.05); However, the score of E and Ei of left ventricular contraction function and T concentrations in blood plasma in spleen kidney yang asthenia type group were remarkable less than normal control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).③the improvement situation of syndrome and SBP of observe group were better than control group (P<0.05), the number of rebound press blood after 3 moneys and press blood condition after lyear of observe group were also better than control group(P<0.05).④except T, all of abnormal index of observe group were recover after treatment 4 weeks, and T was also recover after 3 months. howeverm the T and E2 /T still not recover after treatment 3 months in control group.Conclusion:①the incidence of EH in jiangmeng city was consistent with Guangdong province, spleen kidney yang asthenia type was a new type of hypertension.②he syndrome features of spleen kidney yang asthenia type EH were circumgyration、headache、hypodynamia、algid、waist soreness. Excessive of urine、irregular bowels、thin and writhe tongue and deep thready pulse。The low levels of ISI and T, and high levels of E2, E2/T andβ2-mG may be one of the pathological characteristics of EH patients with spleen kidney yang asthenia type.③Warming Kidney and Invigorating Spleen meaths was a effect way to treatment EH patients with spleen kidney yang asthenia type.④the mechanism of Warming Kidney and Invigorating Spleen to treatment this type of hypertension have a relationship with the recover of abnormal indexes of sex hormone,β2 microglobulin and insulin resistance.
