| Objective: this topic proposed by treating heart and stomach nerves side stomach type insomnia,stomach heat disturbing type of clinical research,through inspection and stomach nerves parties on the degree of ease into the group of patients with the clinical symptoms,assessment and soothe the clinical therapeutic effect of the disease and stomach medication safety,so as to provide new methods for the disease of TCM clinical medication.Methods: all the patients in this study were selected from the outpatient department of spleen and stomach of shanxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with the tutor's experience prescription and weianshen prescription(traditional Chinese medicine wujian granules).The control group was given the Chinese patent medicine hewei anmian pills,each time 18 g oral,1 times/day.Monitoring of basic vital signs and routine examination were conducted before and after medication.Around the whole treatment time,observe the Pittsburgh sleep quality score of both groups before and after medication changes,and whether there is clinical significance statistical inspection results,according to the statistical results objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of drugs used,after the drugs were followed up for 2 months,to observe the recurrence rate in treatment group and control group,in order to evaluate the long-term curative effect drugs.Results: 1.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndromes: the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6%,the effective rate of the control group was 72.1%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).2.The improvement rate of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI): the overall effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.The individual symptoms integral comparison: after treatment the treatment groupin the mouth,bitter,acid breath stinks: hi,symptoms such as nightmares about the treatment effect is superior to the control group(P < 0.05),for insomnia,the diagnosis on the improvement of the symptoms such as pain or the new full significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.01),the curative effect of two groups of experiments for dizziness symptoms of phlegm quite(P > 0.05);4.Comparison of recurrence rate: the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.9%,while that of the control group was 35.7%.In terms of long-term efficacy,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: the clinical efficacy of hewei anshen prescription in treating heart and stomach related insomnia(stomach heat and heart type)is obviously better than that of the control group,and it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of stomach heat and heart type insomnia,with considerable long-term efficacy and no obvious toxic and side effects,so it can be further popularized in clinical treatment. |
