Observation On The Distribution Of Heat Sensitive Acupoints And The Clinical Effect Of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion In Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective: To explore the heat sensitive acupoints of acute gouty arthritis,analyze the distribution of the heat sensitive acupoints,and observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on the heat sensitive acupoints,so as to provide the basis of selecting acupoints for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis from Malaysia meditation rehabilitation home were randomly divided into acupuncture group and heat sensitive moxibustion group,30 in each group.Acupuncture group was given routine acupuncture treatment,and moxibustion group was given moxibustion treatment on the basis of routine acupuncture.Two groups were treated once a day,a total of 7 times.Record the occurrence of heat sensitive acupoints in the heat sensitive moxibustion group,and after the treatment,count the clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue score(VAS)and the changes of joint symptom and sign scores in the two groups.Results:(1)a total of 110 heat sensitive acupoints were detected in patients with acute gouty arthritis,with an average of 3.67 points per patient;the five acupoints with the highest frequency of heat sensitivity were Sanyinjiao,Ashi,yinlingquan,Zusanli and Jie Xi.(2)The effective rate of heat sensitive moxibustion group was 90.00%,and that of acupuncture group was 70.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical effect(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,there was significant difference in VAS pain score between heat sensitive moxibustion group and acupuncture group(P<0.05);VAS pain score of heat sensitive moxibustion group was significant(P<0.05)The score of pain was(1.8 ± 0.90)and that of acupuncture group was(2.74 ±0.83).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)The total score of joint symptoms and signs in the moxibustion group was(9.47 ± 3.60)and that in the acupuncture group was(15.34 ± 5.46).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)the occurrence rate of heat sensitive acupoints is higher in patients with acute gouty arthritis.When using heat sensitive moxibustion to treat acute gouty arthritis,Sanyinjiao,Ashi,yinlingquan,Zusanli and Jie Xi can be explored preferentially;(2)on the basis of conventional acupuncture,increasing heat sensitive moxibustion to treat acute gouty arthritis has better clinical effect than conventional acupuncture.
