A Study On The Change Of Chinese Medical Space Cultural Landscape

Cultural landscape is a complex of cultural phenomena with the characteristics of the times,function,space,materiality and immateriality."Landscape" includes material landscape and immaterial landscape.Cultural landscape refers to the material or immaterial landscape that has been created by human beings,used by human beings,and retained in the process of cultural change.In recent years,the state has advocated the study of culture-related content,which has become a new direction of the development of the times,the prosperity of culture and the prosperity of the country.The study of hospital culture plays an important role in the development of hospitals in the new era.Based on the observation of the architecture of the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University and the investigation and analysis of the cultural landscape with medical treatment and architecture,this paper discusses how to treat culture dialectically in the long river of history.This paper mainly analyzes a medical space with the symbol of imperialist aggression from the perspective of cultural anthropology and new cultural geography.After more than 110 years of cultural changes,a series of processes,such as how to be used,reorganized,renovated and re-expanded,have been rewritten into a modem landscape of public service,strengthening health care for the whole people,medical cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries,and serving the construction of public health.This paper is divided into five chapters,with the combination of cultural changes and historical stages,from three different angles:the different historical periods of hospital architecture,the landscape changes of medical facilities and the humanistic spirit retained in the process of change.Combined with the foreign research and the actual situation of our country,this paper expounds that the protection of cultural landscape architecture and the reshaping of humanistic spirit is a combination of theory and experience.First of all,this paper puts forward the research background and significance of medical landscape in the changes of the times,summarizes the research on cultural landscape and cultural changes at home and abroad,and the research on the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University,and explains the research methods of this paper.It also explains the general situation of the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University,and finally expounds the research level and innovation of this paper.Secondly,the description of the hospital landscape in the Manchu railway period.This paper mainly describes the original intention of the hospital construction,the construction process,and the colonial nature of the hospital at this stage.Although the hospital is built according to the standard of "Toyo first",the service object of the hospital is "Japanese",and the Chinese people are in a very difficult situation in the hospital.The establishment,construction mode,ward decoration and even use of semi-colonial hospitals in modern China all reveal that Chinese society has been strongly influenced by the political situation in a the period of self-management of the hospital.The ups and downs experienced by the hospital in different historical periods,the Cultural Revolution period,the Ministry of Railways reform period,the self-outlet period,the development of the hospital,the continuous improvement of the medical systrn and the continuous construction of the hospital landscape.This period can be said to be from "decline" to "prosperity" period,from waste to prosperity,the hospital gradually retuoned to the "glory" of the past.Gradually formed is a comprehensive university affiliated hospital integrating prevention,medical treatment,teaching,scientific research and rehabilitation.After more than a hundred years of development,the hospital now presents the landscape of "four floors and one garden".In
