Introduction: Studies have shown that the incidence of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is closely related to hypertension. At present, relevant studies have confirmed that the integration of body and medicine has a significant effect on improving the quality of life and physical fitness of patients with hypertension. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of medical integration on the quality of life and physical fitness of patients with hypertension.Patients and methods: This study is a randomized controlled trial with an intervention time of 12 weeks. We selected Donggang District of Rizhao City and Laicheng District of Laiwu City(Since Laiwu was assigned to Jinan city after the experiment was carried out, this article is still based on Laiwu city)in Shandong Province to carry out pilot work.We randomly selected two communities from multiple communities in the two places, divided them into intervention group and control group, and then recruited patients from the communities.Rizhao has 60subjects(30 in each group)and Laiwu has 60 subjects(30 in each group),aged 36-69.The intervention contents of the experimental group include:(1)resistance training:twice a week, each time lasting 30 minutes, led by community sports instructors;(2)Cardiopulmonary Endurance Training: Cardiopulmonary Endurance Training is conducted 4 times a week. The subjects complete the cardio-pulmonary endurance training within the specified time. The exercise intensity is assessed by PRE scale, and the number of steps of the subjects is recorded by mobile phone step recording APP.The main index, quality of life index, was evaluated by the short form of medical results survey(SF-36).The secondary index was related to physical fitness. The control group kept the original life unchanged. Results: After 12 weeks of intervention, the subjects in the Laiwu test group and the subjects in the control group compared their physiological functions(P=0.037),mental health(P=0.030),and energy(P = 0.048)in the quality of life. The 6-minute walking test in fitness(P=0.019)showed significant difference, and the improvement value of the test group was higher than that of the control group. In addition, the subjects in the test group had statistically significant energy(P=0.022),mental health(P=0.03),physical pain(P=0.001),6-minute walking test(P=0.00),waist circumference(P=0.043),systolic blood pressure(P=0.006),diastolic blood pressure(P=0.033)in the quality of life index after 12 weeks. However, the subjects in the control group had no significant differences in physical pain(P=0.121),energy(P=0.595),mental health(P=0.118),waist circumference in fitness(P=0.553),systolic blood pressure(P=0.791),and 6-minute walking test(P=0.619)in quality of life, and the improvement value in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group. After 12 weeks of intervention, the subjects in the sunshine test group and the subjects in the control group have significant differences in physical pain(P=0.046),chair standing and sitting test(P=0.003),dumbbell arm bending test(P=0.00),and6-minute walking test(P=0.007)in quality of life.In terms of improvement value, the test group is higher than the control group. In addition, the subjects in the test group had significant differences in physiological function(P=0.038),physical pain(P=0.04),social function(P=0.002),mental health(P=0.007),dumbbell arm bending test(P=0.00)in physical fitness, right shoulder test(P=0.033)in back extension of both hands,8-foot standing walking test(P=0.00)and 6-minute walking test(P=0.004)in quality of life indicators after 12 weeks. However, the subjects in the control group had no significant difference in physical pain(P=0.837),social function(P=0.913),mental health(P=0.917),dumbbell arm bending test(P=0.076),8-foot standing walking test(P=0.096)and 6-minute walking test(P=0.059)in quality of life indicators, and the improvement value in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion:After 12 weeks of intervention, the application of physical and medical integration has a certain effective impact on the quality of life and physical fitness of patients with hypertension in the community.
