Hypertension has become an important factor threatening the health of old people. This study explores the effects of functional exercises on the intervention of elderly patients with essential hypertension, develops a personalized exercise prescription for elderly patients with essential hypertension, and observes the effects of physical fitness and quality of life interventions to the blood pressure and dose of functional exercises for elderly patients with essential hypertension, and finally draws conclusions and make relevant recommendations.Using literature method, questionnaire survey, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, the author randomly selected 22 elderly patients with essential hypertension who were treated in the internal medicine department of XX Normal University from April 2017 to April 2018.The sampling method was divided into 11 groups in the control group and the experimental group. The control group maintained the original medication, lifestyle and nutritional diet.In addition to drug treatment, the experimental group should also assist functional exercises as non-medical treatment. After 16 weeks of functional practice intervention, data were collected and collated for analysis.Results:(1)After 16 weeks of functional exercise, the systolic blood pressure of the control group before the experiment is 161.1±6.67 mmHg compared with the post-experiment systolic blood pressure of 156.91±7.15 mmHg.The average difference of systolic blood pressure is4.19±7.09 mmHg,no significant sexual difference(P>0.05);compared with the experimental diastolic blood pressure of 97.27±3.9mmHg and the post-exposure diastolic pressure of94.45±3.36 mmHg,the mean difference of diastolic blood pressure is 2.82±1.66 mmHg,no significant difference(P>0.05).The experimental group had a systolic blood pressure of160.55±2.94 mmHg and a post-exposure systolic blood pressure of 143±7.78 mmHg.The mean systolic blood pressure difference was 17.55±1.44 mmHg,which is very significant(p<0.01).The pre-diastolic pressure of 97.55±2.94 mmHg was compared with the post-exposure diastolic pressure of 90.18±3.84 mmH.The mean difference in diastolic blood pressure is 7.36±1.43 mmHg,with significant difference(p<0.05).(2)After 16 weeks of functional exercise, there is no change in the dose of the 11 subjects in the control group;4 of the 11 subjects in the experimental group did not change the dose,4 The subjects took half the dose and three subjects did not take the medicine.(3)After 16 weeks of functional exercise, the fitness changes:(1)30 seconds to sit,the average difference of the 30 seconds in the control group is-1.64±0.81,no significant difference(P>0.05);experimental group 30 The average difference in seconds is 2.55±1.57 times, with significant difference(p<0.05).In the(2)30-second arm curl, the average difference of the30-second arm curl in the control group is-1.91±1.04,no significant difference(P>0.05);the average difference of the 30-second arm curl in the experimental group is-3.64±1.63 times, with significant difference(p < 0.05).(3)In the 2-minute step, the average difference of the 2-minute step in the control group is-4.91±2.26 times,no significant difference(P>0.05);the average difference of the 2-minute step in the experimental group is 11.27±8.34 times,a very significant difference(p <0.01).(4)The average deviation of the flexion of the chair seat is-2.72±1.35 cm,no significant difference(P>0.05).The average difference of the flexion of the seat of the experimental group is 2.73±.2.2 cm,with significant difference(p < 0.05).(5)back grasping, the average difference of back-grass in the control group is 3.36±2.16 cm,no significant difference(P>0.05);the average difference in back-grass in the experimental group is 4.09±2.7cm,with significant difference(p<0.05).(6)There was no significant difference between the control group and the 8-foot standing walking distance of 1.47±0.55s(P>0.05).The average difference of the8-foot standing walking in the experimental group is-2.07±1.02 s,with significant difference(p<0.05).(7)Body mass index, the mean difference in body mass index of the control group is0.27±0.63,no significant difference(P>0.05);the mean difference of body mass index in the experimental group is-1.69±0.76,with significant difference(p<0.05).(4)After 16 weeks of functional practice, the SF-36 total score of 68.09±3.99 points before the experiment and the SF-36 total score of 63.91±3.18 after the experiment were compared. The average difference of the total score of SF-36 is-4.18±1.47 points,no significant difference(P>0.05);the experimental group before the experiment SF-36 total score 68.27±4.54 points and the experimental SF-36 total score 77.19±4.02 points, the total score of SF-36 total score. The value is 8.91 ± 4.53 minutes, with very significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusions:(1)Functional exercises have a certain therapeutic effect on elderly patients with essential hypertension, which can reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.(2)Functional exercises help reduce elderly patients with essential hypertension medication. The dose reduces the dependence of drugs on elderly patients with essential hypertension and improves the sensitivity of elderly patients with essential hypertension.(3)Functional exercises can improve the fitness level of elderly patients with essential hypertension, including upper limb and lower limb strength, aerobic endurance improvement, upper limb and lower limb flexibility, flexibility and balance.(4)Functional exercises can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with essential hypertension, including regulating mood, relieving stress, enjoying body and mind, and positive and optimistic attitudes towards life.Recommendations: : With the increase of age,the physical function of elderly patients will gradually decline, affecting the basic activities of daily living activities. However, regular andappropriate functional exercises can effectively slow down or maintain their own functions, and even Achieve enhanced benefits. At present, most elderly patients do not know enough about sports and medical knowledge.Blind physical exercise will bring certain risks to their own safety. Therefore, elderly patients need to carry out scientific sports in close cooperation with medical staff and sports professionals.
