Clinacai Observation And Study On 60 Cases Of Asymptomatic Hypertension By Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Antreatment

Objective: The study by detecting no symptoms in patients with essential hypertension before and after treatment,blood pressure decreased physical level, improve the condition and laboratory indicators of change,without symptoms of high blood pressure effect is observed in the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM, summarized the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM symptoms of hypertension diagnosis and treatment of ideas.Methods: Based on clinical research,the diagnosis and evaluation criteria of hypertension were determined, and 60 cases of clinical asymptomatic hypertension were collected and collected.. Collection of 60 cases were from patients in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine November 2013 to 2014 November outpatient and inpatient and patients with asymptomatic hypertensive requirements, according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group and the control group were treated with the same basic antihypertensive treatment, such as hypertension knowledge education, low salt and low fat diet, smoking cessation alcohol, appropriate exercise, avoid emotional tension, etc.. The experimental group received Amlodipine Besylate Tablets 5 mg/d + Decoction; the control group was given Amlodipine Besylate Tablets 5 mg/d. Taking the physical condition of the patients, the dynamic blood pressure change as the main curative effect index, the clinical contrast observation with the biochemistry test and the safety index, and the analysis of the result.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the clinical blood pressure was 86.7% and 60%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the treatment group and the control group, P < 0.05. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the control blood pressure, improving the physique of the patients and reducing the biochemical index value.Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of asymptomatic hypertension in clinical is effective, in the regulation of blood pressure, reduce blood viscosity and blood lipid level has a certain curative effect.
